10年来，新疆维吾尔自治区巴音郭楞蒙古自治州林果产量达648.6万吨，林果业已成为巴州乡村振兴和农民增收的重要支柱产业。

加强交流合作，增强科技支撑与保障能力。巴州与河北农业大学、新疆农业大学、新疆林业科学院等高等院校及科研院所在良种选育、林果栽培、病虫害防治等方面开展长期合作。以香梨、红枣、杏等果树为重点开展区域性试验，推广科技成果10项，选育新品种5个，制定标准体系5个，完成发明专利3项、实用新型专利3项，出版专著2部，获得自治区科技进步奖3项。

为提高果品质量，巴州全面落实土壤改良、疏密改造、增施有机肥以及有害生物防控等技术措施，商品果率提高到85%。坚持生态优化、绿色发展，“两品一标”认证面积达20万亩，建成林果提质增效示范园（基地）907个20.7万亩。扎实开展林果实用技术培训，累计举办各类林果技术培训2万场次195万人次，果农栽培管理水平不断提升。

数据显示，2021年巴州林果产量达81.4万吨，较2012年增加28.2万吨，增长了53%。果农人均纯收入由2012年的3990元增长至2021年的7373元，增长了85%。

巴州支持新型林果经营主体发展壮大，培育农业产业化林果重点龙头企业29家，林果加工企业139家，农民专业合作社600余家，产业发展带动能力不断增强。持续推进库尔勒香梨、轮台白杏、红枣和酿酒葡萄四大优势特色林果产业链延链补链强链，建立以库尔勒香梨为主的70万吨果品贮藏保鲜库，实现轮台白杏加工能力2万吨、葡萄酒加工能力8万吨、红枣加工能力5万吨。开发果膏、果酒、果酱、酵素、精油、蛋白粉等林果精深加工产品50余种，果品附加值不断提升。

巴州坚持立法保护，出台了《巴音郭楞蒙古自治州红枣产业促进条例》《巴音郭楞蒙古自治州库尔勒香梨产业高质量发展促进条例》，制定和落实《“金·梨富农”行动方案》《红枣提质增效实施意见（试行）》等政策，促进林果业提质增效。累计争取8亿元林果项目资金，支持各类主体积极投身特色林果产业发展。

实施品牌战略，积极开拓林果市场。巴州林果产品拥有中国驰名商标3件、地理标志产品5件、地理标志证明商标5件、林果名牌品牌产品40余件，果品知晓度、美誉度和品牌影响力不断提高。组织实施库尔勒香梨、葡萄产业集群项目，成功创建若羌县国家现代农业产业园。依托花果资源，推出旅游精品线路，打造阿瓦提乡吾夏铁热克乡村振兴示范村，举办梨花节、杏花节、香梨节、红枣节等各类文化旅游活动，推动产业融合发展。

Relying on flower and fruit resources, launch fine tourism routes, build Wuxia Tiereke Village Revitalization Demonstration Village in Awati Township, hold various cultural tourism activities such as Pear Flower Festival, Apricot Flower Festival, Fragrant Pear Festival, Red Date Festival, etc. to promote industrial integration and development. We organized the implementation of Korla Fragrant Pear and Grape Industrial Cluster Project and successfully established Ruoqiang County National Modern Agricultural Industrial Park.

“十四五”期间，巴州将以科技创新和绿色发展为引领，深入实施林果业提质增效工程，不断优化林果产业布局，抓紧修订完善巴州林果业产前、产中、产后标准化体系，着力打造一批标准化示范园、示范基地、示范社（户），培育壮大龙头企业，深入推进“巴州区域林果产品”品牌创建，不断提升林果区域品牌影响力，推动巴州特色林果业高质量发展，持续助力果农增收致富。到“十四五”末，力争林果产量达到90万吨，商品果率保持在85%以上。（尹素萍 江振斌）
