2023 "Clear Waters and Green Mountains" China Leisure Sports Challenge kicks off in Tangshan, Nanjing
初冬的南京，水碧天蓝。11月19日上午，南京市江宁区汤山街道人声鼎沸，热情飞扬。由国家体育总局水上运动管理中心和南京体育产业集团有限责任公司共同主办，南京汤山温泉旅游度假区管理办公室、江宁区人民政府汤山街道办事处、江宁区文化和旅游局(体育局)、南京全民健身中心有限公司、青奥产业南京有限公司共同承办的2023“绿水青山”中国休闲运动挑战赛在南京汤山正式开赛。来自全国各地300多名桨板运动爱好者和路跑精英齐聚于此，用运动的火热激情褪去了冬季的凛冽。

More than 300 paddleboarding enthusiasts and road running elites from all over the country gathered here, fading away the bitter winter with the fiery passion of sports.
开幕式上，清新的风吹拂着色彩鲜艳的道旗，动力冲浪板、《鼓动汤山》、瑜伽太极《东方意境》等融合了江宁特色的文艺节目精彩纷呈。伴随着彩烟升空、发令枪响，第一批参赛运动员进入水上指定区域竞相朝终点奋楫而去。江宁区文化和旅游局(体育局)和汤山街道向各参会单位积极推介汤山旅游和户外资源，通过“现场展播+实地观光考察”的方式，为户外运动商家和爱好者们带来了不一样的“沉浸式”体验。

With the lifting of colorful smoke and the starting gun, the first batch of participating athletes entered the designated area on the water and raced towards the finish line. Jiangning District Culture and Tourism Bureau (Sports Bureau) and Tangshan Street actively promote Tangshan tourism and outdoor resources to all participating units, and bring benefits to outdoor sports merchants and enthusiasts through the method of "on-site exhibition + on-site sightseeing inspection". 在赛程的终点，富有江宁地域特色的农产品、乡村民宿、美食小吃、户外运动产品、非遗制品等展示、体验及互动游戏，正等候着运动健儿们冲过终点线的那一刻。

“绿水青山”中国休闲运动挑战赛是集体育竞技、休闲娱乐、文化旅游于一体的大型综合性体育赛事，是国家体育总局水上运动管理中心创办的具有全国影响力的赛事品牌。旨在推广全民健身运动，提高全民身体素质，同时宣传绿水青山、休闲运动和健康生活的理念。迄今为止，已全国各地举办多届，吸引了来自全国各省市的运动员参与其中。
"Green Water and Green Mountain" China Leisure Sports Challenge is a large-scale comprehensive sports event integrating sports competition, leisure entertainment and cultural tourism. It is a nationally influential event brand founded by the Water Sports Management Center of the State Sports Administration. The aim is to promote national fitness, improve the physical fitness of the whole people, and at the same time publicize the concept of green water, leisure sports and healthy life. So far, it has been held many times all over the country, attracting athletes from all provinces and cities to participate in it.
路跑及桨板两个风靡全国的项目是本次赛事的亮点之一。路跑，不仅是一项运动，更是一种生活习惯和一种时尚的休闲运动方式。它不仅可以放松身心，还可以增加健康、自信。桨板，是一项老少咸宜水上运动，容易掌握技巧，只需一块桨板和一支桨就能充分体验水上运动的乐趣。
Road running and paddle board, two popular events across the country, are one of the highlights of this event. Road running is not only a sport, but also a lifestyle and a fashionable leisure sport. It can not only relax the body and mind, but also increase health and self-confidence. Paddle board, is a water sport suitable for all ages, easy to master skills, just a paddle board and an oar can fully experience the fun of water sports.
本次赛事共有11个组别参与角逐。在组别设置上，组委会充分考虑了不同性别和年龄段的参赛者。男子公开赛、女子公开赛以及男子青少年组、女子青少年组等组别的设置，为各年龄段的运动员提供了公平竞技的平台。
A total of 11 groups participated in this competition. In the group setting, the organizing committee fully considered the contestants of different gender and age groups. The men's Open, women's Open, men's youth group, women's youth group and other groups provide a fair competition platform for athletes of all ages.
本次赛事赛道途径汤北户外乡村公路、安基湖水域，都是近年来当地乡村改造、绿水青山建设的成果。作为江宁区汤山街道美丽乡村建设和乡村振兴的生动代表，这里的青山绿水迎接着八方来客，蕴含着浓厚的乡土情怀。

作为2023“绿水青山”中国休闲运动挑战赛的主场，江宁区“汤山北部户外运动集聚区”给人留下了深刻印象。“汤山北部户外运动集聚区” 以汤山北片区的东部区域为启动区，以“汤北户外”为形象品牌，联合市体育产业集团、专业户外体育运动机构，结合自然生态肌理，科学布局户外运动项目，合理规划体旅融合动线，建设相关配套设施，植入特色景观小品，引入各类户外运动赛事和户外用品体验展销活动，逐步形成生态优势凸显、门类立体多元、服务配套完善的户外运动集聚地，力争成为南京区域首选、长三角地区最具吸引力的体旅融合目的地。汤山正全力建设世界级旅游度假区，拓展旅游度假区周边乡村旅游空间，促进旅游度假区与体旅业融合发展。

The outdoor sports gathering place with three-dimensional diversified categories and perfect service facilities strives to become the first choice in Nanjing and the most attractive destination for integration of sports and tourism in Yangtze River Delta. Tangshan is making every effort to build a world-class tourist resort, expand the rural tourism space around the tourist resort, and promote the integrated development of tourist resorts and sports tourism.
“汤山北部户外运动集聚区”以安基山以北、孟塘村螺丝冲自然村区域为重点，有效利用核心区域及周边现有公路、农路、山路、水面、废弃矿场、自然村落，包含“一点、三线、五场”。一点：户外运动集结点(户外俱乐部大本营)；三线：骑遇汤山线、氧吧健步线、山地穿越线；五场：综合露营场、马术体验场、汽摩越野场、水上运动场、低空飞行场。坚持“不搞大拆大建、保留村庄风貌”原则，对村庄环境进行整治提升，完善基础配套设施，租用村民闲置农房，引入不止骑、育仁瑜伽、小扣快跑、爱斯普体育等 10 余家户外运动机构，着力打造青奥“绿馆”无边界单车公园、水上运动中心、摩界咖啡、“汤北吧”轻食馆等特色项目。

Adhering to the principle of "no large-scale demolition and large-scale construction, but retaining the village style", the village environment has been renovated and upgraded, basic supporting facilities have been improved, idle farmhouses of villagers have been rented, more than 10 outdoor sports organizations such as more than riding, Yuren Yoga, Xiaokou Run and Aisp Sports have been introduced, and efforts have been made to build Youth Olympic "Green Hall" borderless bicycle park, water sports center, Mojie Coffee,"Tangbei Bar" light food hall and other special projects.
除了顶级丰富的户外运动项目，江宁汤山的美景同样不容错过。汤山是世界著名温泉小镇，是中国四大温泉疗养区之一。近年来，汤山积极打造温泉旅游休闲产业，早在2015年，汤山温泉旅游度假区就被评为全国首批国家级旅游度假区。
