基金会30年来始终坚守初心，善事善做，攻坚克难，依法依规拓展募集资金渠道，不断壮大体育公益基金，支持体育事业取得新成就。一是运动员保障体系不断完善，设立了运动员伤残互助保险，高等教育资助、重大伤残医疗补助、特殊困难生活补助、医疗照顾、国家队老运动员、老教练员关怀基金，退役运动员就业创业扶持基金等项目，保障了全国近80万人次。二是体育后备人才基础不断厚植，开展了“西部青少年体育助训关爱计划”、“革命老区体校体能训练房”、援疆援藏、“奔跑吧少年”、“希望之星”少年足球训练营、冠军摇篮、红军小学阳光体育工程等体育公益项目，共资助780多所体校，惠及师生近80万人。三是全民健身活动不断深入，开展“益起微马”、“健康中国少儿强太极功夫公益行”、“众健计划”、“助力冬奥有我更精彩”、“益起科学跑”等一批公益项目及志愿服务活动，惠及200多万人。四是专项基金不断扩大，建立了李宁“运动员基金”、“中国奥林匹克发展基金”、“体育彩票乐善基金”、“一起向未来专项基金”、“大众汽车青少年足球发展基金”、“小米体育奖学金”、“冰雪运动发展基金”、“排球运动发展基金”、“棒垒球发展基金”、助力全民健身专项基金以及与李宁、苏翊鸣、陈一冰、阎芳、庞清佟健、李妮娜等著名运动员发起成立的专项基金近30支，开展了“公益体彩快乐操场”、“快乐体操进校园”、“冰雪安全培训”、“青少年足球教练员培训”、“全国青少年排球赛”等项目，资助了全国青少年国防体育大会，惠及1500多万人次，不断拓展体育公益事业的新途径，支持体育事业新发展。五是脱贫攻坚圆满完成，体育基金会发起设立“体育总局定点扶贫专项基金”，用于对山西代县、繁峙两地进行专项扶贫资助，资助79个帮扶项目，惠及33万余人。六是搭建基金平台成效显著，中华全国体育基金会是“国”字号基金会，不仅要自我发展壮大，也有责任带领地方体育局发展体育公益事业，先后支持山东、浙江、内蒙古、河北等有条件有意愿的省市体育局建立基金会，并给予一定资金资助。目前省级体育基金会已达到20家，定期组织召开全国体育基金会秘书长座谈会，研究探讨体育公益发展方向，共享体育公益发展信息，共建体育公益品牌。

Fifthly, poverty alleviation was successfully completed. The Sports Foundation initiated the establishment of the "Special Fund for Poverty Alleviation Designated by the General Administration of Sports", which was used to provide special poverty alleviation support to Dai County and Fanshi in Shanxi Province, subsidizing 79 assistance projects, benefiting more than 330,000 people. Sixthly, the establishment of fund platform has achieved remarkable results. The All-China Sports Foundation is a "national" brand foundation. It not only needs to develop itself, but also has the responsibility to lead local sports bureaus to develop sports public welfare undertakings. It has successively supported Shandong, Zhejiang, Inner Mongolia, Hebei and other qualified and willing provincial and municipal sports bureaus to establish foundations and give certain financial support. At present, there are 20 provincial-level sports foundations, and regular symposiums of the secretary-general of the National Sports Foundation are organized to study and discuss the development direction of sports public welfare, share sports public welfare development information, and jointly build sports public welfare brands.

一是以“规划”落实为抓手，推动体育基金高质量发展。坚持一张蓝图干到底，久久为功。完善优秀运动员保障体系，实施伤残运动员救助计划，创新运动员高等教育资助、特殊困难生活补助、运动员伤残互助保险办法，量力而行，适度扩量提标，探索“奥运奖台终身陪伴计划”，以激励运动员勇于拼搏，为国争光。支持基层体校特别是西部欠发达地区体校改善办学条件，提高训练水平，创新冠军摇篮项目，丰富内容，包括基层教练提升计划、体能训练房、提升计划、运动装备改善计划等。实施“少年玩球”计划，研究“一起向未来”青少年冰雪普及计划，开展体育支教活动。
