    China Agricultural University (CAU) earnestly studies and implements the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress, deeply implements the decision-making and deployment of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on the employment of college graduates, takes the employment of graduates as an important political task and puts it in a more prominent position, continuously strengthens the organisational leadership, optimises the employment guidance, explores the resources for jobs, does a good job of helping the graduates with difficulties, and constantly pushes forward the improvement of the quality of the employment work and increases the efficiency, and promotes the graduates' employment in a more adequate and higher quality.
  • 抓体系,加强统筹联动。落实就业工作“一把手”责任,成立由学校党委书记、校长任组长的就业创业工作领导小组,将毕业生就业工作纳入重要议事日程,定期召开党委常委会、校长办公会、专项推进会等,研判就业形势,制定工作举措,强化责任落实。出台《2023届毕业生促就业五项措施》,明确就业工作的时间表、任务书、路线图,倒排工期,挂图作战。依托相关学院,建立12个学生职业发展中心,汇聚导师、班主任、辅导员、校友、社会人士等多方力量和资源,打造集就业指导、岗位推荐、服务管理等功能于一体的就业创业工作平台。充分发挥学院党组织在“一融双高”建设中的战斗堡垒作用,将毕业生就业工作纳入学院党建年度考核内容,压紧压实工作责任,努力构建党委领导、部门协同、校院联动,全员抓就业,全过程促就业的工作格局。

  • 抓教育,深化就业育人。将“三全育人”融入就业教育全过程,把思想价值引领贯穿就业指导、渠道拓展、服务保障等各环节,推动思想政治教育与就业工作互融互通。加强《大学生职业生涯规划》《大学生求职技能》《研究生职业生涯规划与创业指导》等就业指导课程建设,举办“企业参访行”等主题活动,邀请用人单位人力资源专家等来校开展交流、讲座,帮助毕业生了解就业形势,提升职业竞争力。健全完善分阶段、全覆盖的大学生生涯规划与就业指导体系,对低年级学生进行职业生涯启蒙,对高年级学生重点围绕职业素质和求职技能提升进行培训;充分发挥校友资源,举办职业规划分享会暨校友论坛,邀请优秀校友分享个人职业选择和奋斗经历,帮助学生科学做好学业和职业规划,尽早做好就业准备。建立“种未来”就业指导工作室,聘请企业人力资源总监、优秀校友等担任就业导师,以学生需求为核心开展多样化、个性化的就业指导,引导毕业生从实际出发选择职业和工作岗位。举办公务员、选调生政策宣讲和求职技能提升等培训150余场,大力选树“农大先锋”就业榜样等先进典型,以亲身讲述、分享交流的形式,发挥朋辈带动作用,引导毕业生把个人理想融入党和国家事业之中,到国家最需要的地方就业创业、建功立业。

  • 抓对接,挖潜岗位资源。深入开展“访企拓岗促就业”专项行动,校院领导班子带队走访相关用人单位,重点挖掘一批服务“农业强国建设”的优质岗位。聚焦国家重大工程、重大项目、重要领域人才需求,不断加强校地合作,先后与海南、四川、山西、内蒙古等地开展人才引进专场招录活动。深入开展基层就业项目招录工作,与30个省(区、市)建立定向选调专项人才合作关系。用好校园招聘主渠道,落实教育部“春季攻坚促就业”“百日冲刺”等行动,积极邀请用人单位进校开展专场宣讲会,举办相关行业专场双选会,为用人单位和毕业生搭建更加有效的供需对接平台;开展“院企优速通”系列沙龙,为毕业生提供与用人单位近距离互动的机会。举办2023届春季校园招聘人才洽谈会、全国农林校企人才大会战、“全国农业高校、科研院所高层次人才引进洽谈会”等招聘活动200余场,推动各二级学院开展“小而美、精而优”的专场招聘活动30余场,努力为毕业生开拓更多优质就业岗位资源。

  • 抓重点,做好精准帮扶。重点关注脱贫家庭、低保家庭、身体残疾等困难毕业生群体,健全“一对一”帮扶责任制,明确校院领导、就业指导教师、学院导师、班主任、辅导员、专任教师的帮扶责任,持续完善“校—院—班”的三级就业帮扶机制,努力确保每一名困难毕业生都得到有效帮助。建立校院两级帮扶工作台账,涵盖个人基本情况、就业现状、就业意愿、就业心态、就业困难等五个方面,及时准确掌握困难学生情况,细化帮扶举措,分类分层提供多样化、个性化的针对性指导,“一人一档”“一人一策”精准开展就业帮扶。

It establishes a system of statistics, analysis and feedback on the employment status of graduates, strengthens tracking surveys on the employment situation of graduates, collates data on the graduation destination, destination implementation rate, employment satisfaction, entrepreneurship of graduates of various majors, and explores the establishment of an evaluation index system for the quality of employment of graduates that covers 5 first-level indexes, 11 second-level indexes, and 19 monitoring points for the indexes. Scientific analysis of the survey results, combined with the needs of economic and social development, dynamically adjusted the enrollment quotas of six majors, added new majors such as big data science and technology, set up an experimental class of science in the direction of intelligent equipment, and set up a joint bachelor's degree cultivation project of "biotechnology + biomedical engineering" with related sister universities, so as to optimize the structure of disciplines and majors continuously. The university will continue to optimise the structure of disciplines and specialties, and strive to improve the match between talent cultivation and social needs.
