宁德霞浦：首现鸟中“大熊猫”青头潜鸭

Xiapu, Ningde: The first appearance of the "Giant Panda" among the birds is a Baer's Pochard Aythya baeri.

“真是太激动，太惊喜了！”2月14日，在福建省宁德市霞浦县的观鸟爱好者钟春云兴奋之情溢于言表。

"What a thrill, what a surprise!" On February 14, Zhong Chunyun, a birdwatcher in Xiapu County, Ningde City, Fujian Province, was overfiowing with excitement.

“我是第一个发现并拍到青头潜鸭的。”钟春云说，2月3日下午3时，在松山街道沙塘街村池塘水域观鸟时，一只从未见过的水鸭引起了他的注意，他赶紧拿起相机拍了一张快钻进水中草丛的“水鸭”照片，发给观鸟专业老师辨认，最终被确认为青头潜鸭。随后，钟春云又在池塘边上等候了近两个小时，拍到从池塘草丛中游出的两只（一对）青头潜鸭。

"I was the first to spot and photograph the Baer's Pochard Aythya baeri." Zhong Chunyun said that at 3 p.m. on February 3, when watching birds in the teal of Shatang Street Village, Songshan Street, a teal that he had never seen before caught his attention. He quickly picked up the camera and took a picture of the "teal" , that was about to get into the grass in the water. The photo was sent to the birdwatcher professional teachers for identifying and finally confirmed as a Baer's Pochard Aythya baeri. Afterwards, Zhong Chunyun waited by the pond for nearly two hours and photographed two (a pair) Baer's Pochard Aythya baeri swimming out of the pond grass.

据悉，此次青头潜鸭现身霞浦，为宁德市首次发现，也是今年福建省的首笔记录。当天，霞浦发现一对青头潜鸭的消息在微信朋友圈发布后，立即引起众多观鸟爱好者的关注。

It is reported that the appearance of the Baer's Pochard Aythya baeri in Xiapu is the first discovery in Ningde City and also the first record in Fujian Province this year. On the same day, the news that Xiapu found a pair of Baer's Pochard Aythya baeri was released in WeChat circle of friends, which immediately attracted the attention of many birdwatchers.

“我一直认为霞浦的这块湿地、水塘生境很适合青头潜鸭生存，但始终没有发现，今年终于看见了，还是两只。这充分说明霞浦这几年的生态环境得到了显著的改善。”福建省观鸟协会会员、霞浦观鸟专业人士阮鑫说。

"I have always thought that this wetland and reservoir habitat in Xiapu is very suitable for the survival of the Baer's Pochard Aythya baeri, but I have never found it, while I finally saw it this year, even two. This fully shows that the ecological environment of Xiapu has improved significantly in recent years." Fujian Province Bird Watching Association member, Xiapu birdwatcher professional Ruan Xin said.

青头潜鸭是国家一级保护动物，世界极危物种，多次被列入《世界自然保护联盟濒危物种红色名录》。是雁形目鸭科潜鸭属的迁徙性鸟类，春夏季节飞到北方繁殖，秋冬季节飞到南方越冬，在远距离的迁徙过程中，青头潜鸭对每一处落脚地的环境要求都很高，有“水中无倒影，青头不落脚”的说法，因此青头潜鸭也被誉为“环境检验师”。

The Baer's Pochard Aythya baeri is a first-class national protected animal and an extremely endangered species in the world. It has been listed in the "IUCN Red List of Endangered Species" for many times. It is a migratory bird of the genus diving duck, which flies to the north to breed in spring and summer, than flies to the south to overwinter in autumn and winter. In the process of long-distance migration, the Baer's Pochard Aythya baeri has very high environmental requirements for every landing place, and there is a saying that "there is no reflection in the water, and the green head does not settle down". Therefore, Baer's Pochard Aythya baeri is also known as an "environmental inspector ".

近年来，随着霞浦生态环境不断改善，沿海地区的湿地、水塘、公园等环境得到了极大地恢复，成为很多鸟类迁徙、越冬和再次回归的栖息地。

In recent years, with the continuous improvement of Xiapu's ecological environment, the coastal areas of wetlands, ponds, parks and other environments have been greatly restored. They are becoming the habitats for many birds to migrate, overwinter and return again.
