梅兵代表：提炼和弘扬教育家精神，丰富中国共产党人精神谱系

教育是国之大计、党之大计；教师是立教之本、兴教之源。强国必先强教，强教必先强师，强师必先铸魂。全国人大代表、华东师范大学党委书记、中国高等教育学会教师教育分会理事长梅兵表示，迈向全面建成社会主义现代化强国的新征程，应抓紧提练新时代教育家精神，推动形成教育界广泛认同、共同遵循的价值追求，为建成社会主义现代化强国之师筑牢精神支柱。

梅兵认为，当前，提炼和弘扬教育家精神正逢其时、意义重大。一是实施科教兴国、人才强国战略，锻造强国之师的内在需要。二是推动教育变革转型，加快推进教育现代化的时代需要。三是丰富中国共产党人精神谱系，涵育担当民族复兴大任时代新人的迫切需要。

第一，提炼新时代教育家精神，纳入中国共产党人精神谱系。建议国家有关部门把研究提炼新时代教育家精神作为重要工作议程，并将其纳入中国共产党人精神谱系。提炼教育家精神可重点考虑如下几点：一要体现时代精神，遵循中国式现代化的本质要求，贯彻社会主义核心价值观，体现社会主义现代化强国之师所需要的精神风貌。二要传承优秀传统，体现中华民族源远流长的尊师重教文化，体现一以贯之的师道精神。三要遵循教育规律，充分尊重教育规律和教师发展规律，引导广大教育工作者落实立德树人的根本任务，努力成为高素质专业化创新型人才。四要接地气，既高位引领、富有感召力，又不能让人觉得高不可攀，而是在各自平凡岗位上通过不断努力可达可及。

第二，大力弘扬教育家精神，作为新时代教师队伍建设之魂。要把教育家精神提炼过程作为统一思想、凝聚共识、激发干劲的过程。一旦提炼成熟，则要把弘扬和培育教育家精神融入教师队伍建设的全过程，纳入师范生培养、教师职后培训、教师职业发展等各环节，筑牢信仰之基，补足精神之钙。要明确以教育家精神为导向，完善提升教师荣誉体系，规范荣誉类别和层次、入选标准、评选程序、表彰仪式、待遇条件等，增强荣誉授予的仪式感，加大先进典型宣传力度，形成全体教师争相践行教育家精神、全体人民尊师重教的良好氛围，推动教师队伍真正成为强国之师。
