北京平谷：“山水镇罗营·故事汇”喜迎新年开门红

2023年新年伊始，“故事汇”迎来新年开门红。1月6日上午，在北京市平谷区镇罗营镇国家乡村振兴示范区，由北京市农村经济研究中心主办，北京市平谷区镇罗营镇人民政府、北京观光休闲农业行业协会和吉里（北京）国际艺术区承办，北京国际设计周、中国人类学民族学研究会博物馆文化专业委员会、中央民族大学、北京林业大学马克思主义学院、中华女子学院、农民日报、北京电视台、Hi乡村网及渡渡美术馆支持的《 “山水镇罗营•故事汇”红色山河记忆主题展》正式开幕。

镇罗营是藏在京东平谷山岭之中的一方宝地。雄伟绵延的长城将之拥入怀中，青山绿谷，流水潺潺，蜜梨飘香。八路军第四纵队当年在此坚守抗日，浴血奋战，威震四方！“山水镇罗营·故事汇”是一个以当地真实有据的历史遗迹联动生态、生活、生产和文化传承等鲜活现实场景为内容，以当地民众集体记忆、融合现代艺术设计表达为特色的长城沿线乡村活态文化家园。
Zhenluoying is a treasure land hidden in Pinggu Mountains in JD.COM. The majestic Great Wall holds it in its arms, with green hills and valleys, flowing water and honey pears. The Fourth Column of the Eighth Route Army held fast to the Anti-Japanese War and fought bloody battles here. "Luoying Story Collection in Shanshui Town" is a rural living cultural home along the Great Wall, which is characterized by the collective memory of local people and the integration of modern art and design expression, with the content of local real and well-documented historical sites linked with vivid realistic scenes such as ecology, life, production and cultural inheritance.
《 “山水镇罗营 · 故事汇”红色山河记忆主题展》分为三个部分：第一部分《山水相依边关重镇》，主要介绍镇罗营的自然、地理、历史人文等概貌。镇罗营镇是北京市平谷区所辖16个乡镇之一，是平谷区北部重镇，总面积80.9平方公里，辖20个行政村，3200户，1.1万人。镇罗营南距区政府驻地22.5公里,位于区域北部，与密云县大城子乡、河北省兴隆县六道河子镇接壤。该镇历史久远，古迹丰富。据载，北魏为要阳县治，后曾有镇虏营之称，清初改镇罗营。1950年由密云县划入平谷县，2001年撤乡建镇。镇罗营为深山区，东，南、北三面环山，沟谷内水泉星罗棋布，石河东西流经全境，东纸壶是平谷最高峰，明代万里长城蜿蜒其间。
"Red Mountain and River Memory Theme Exhibition of" Landscape Town Luoying Story Collection "is divided into three parts: The first part," Landscape Depends on Border Town ", mainly introduces the nature, geography, history and humanities of Luoying Town. Luoying Town, one of the 16 townships under the jurisdiction of Pinggu District, Beijing, is an important town in the north of Pinggu District, with a total area of 80.9 square kilometers and jurisdiction over 20 administrative villages, 3,200 households and 11,000 people. Zhenluoying is 22.5 kilometers away from the resident of the district government in the north of the region, bordering Dachengzi Township in Miyun County and Liudaohezi Town in Xinglong County, Hebei Province. The town has a long history and rich historical sites. According to records, the Northern Wei Dynasty was governed by Yaoyang County, and later it was called Zhenlu Camp, and it was changed to Zhenluoying in the early Qing Dynasty. In 1950, it was transferred from Miyun County to Pinggu County, and in 2001, it was withdrawn from the township to build a town. Zhenluoying is a deep mountain area, surrounded by mountains in the east, south and north. Water springs are scattered in the valleys, and the stone river flows through the whole territory from east to west. The East Paper Pot is the highest peak in Pinggu, and the Great Wall meanders in the Ming Dynasty.
第二部分《红色山河记忆》，主要展陈镇罗营抗战故事、革命精神。镇罗营是抗日战争时期的革命老区。一个个令人动容的红色故事，家咏传颂。红色基因凝聚了力量、引领了未来、典藏了历史、穿越了时空、彰显着中国共产党人的初心和使命。
The second part, "Memory of Red Mountains and Rivers", mainly shows the story of the Anti-Japanese War and the revolutionary spirit of Luoying in Chen Town. Zhenluoying was an old revolutionary base area during the Anti-Japanese War. One moving red story is sung by the family. Red genes condense strength, lead the future, collect history, travel through time and space, and show the initial intention and mission of the Chinese Communists.
第三部分《新时代镇罗营新家园》，主要展示新时代镇罗营的创新发展。今天的镇罗营人，正是赓续着红色的血脉，传承“不畏艰难、忠于职守”的边关精神，汇聚起奋进新时代的合力，砥砺前行。
The third part, "New Home of Luoying in New Era Town", mainly shows the innovative development of Luoying in New Era Town. Today's Zhenluoying people continue the red blood, inherit the border spirit of "defying difficulties and being loyal to their duties", and gather together to forge ahead into a new era.
本次展览包括户外广告宣传、户外立式标识灯箱、记忆玻璃展墙装置、上营展厅、故事汇长城书屋、南楼讲堂、主题雕塑、形象背景墙等展项。通过历史遗迹、红色记忆、长城故地、生态家园的载体，讲述一个个动人的故事，抒发镇罗营人民的悠悠情怀；颂扬革命先辈艰苦卓绝，可歌可泣抗敌精神；展示镇罗营建设美丽新家园的显著成就；传播镇罗营物华天宝和绿色天堂的生态理念；憧憬镇罗营全面实现小康的美好向往。
This exhibition includes outdoor advertising, outdoor vertical logo light box, memory glass exhibition wall installation, Shangying Exhibition Hall, Story Exchange Great Wall Bookstore, South Building Lecture Hall, theme sculpture, image background wall and other exhibition items. 国家乡村振兴示范区·南楼讲堂将开讲：实施好乡村建设行动，推动农业农村现代化 ；充分发挥女性力量 讲好乡村振兴巾帼故事等专题讲座。

在北京市平谷区镇罗营国家乡村振兴示范区，挂着“两见两有”的耀眼牌子，融入“以人民为中心”的发展思想，结合农民长期对于农业农村发展的期盼和诉求，提出的农业农村现代化愿景，即开门见景、出门见人、眼里有笑、事业有成。

The vision of "two views and two possessions" in agricultural and rural modernization highlights the modernization of "people" and pays attention to people's feelings in the process of modernization. 北京国际设计周·艺术乡村实践案例推荐活动”，为镇罗营乡村振兴示范区建设增添了新气象。“故事汇”还引导镇罗营20个村的村民们自发成立“小蜜梨村民合唱团”，聘请著名音乐家创作了《花开镇罗营》主题曲，培训村民排练演唱，推动乡村文化振兴。不到一周的培训，《花开镇罗营》已在全镇传唱起来，“忠于职守、不畏艰难，东纸壶峰上迎朝阳，青山秀，绿水长，处处梨花香！”——村歌嘹亮，在开幕式上，乡亲们唱了出自己的心声。
Beijing Design Week Art Rural Practice Case Recommendation Activity "has added a new atmosphere to the construction of Zhenluoying Rural Revitalization Demonstration Zone. "Story Collection" also guided villagers in 20 villages in Luoying Town to set up "Xiaomili Villagers Choir" spontaneously, hired famous musicians to create the theme song of "Luoying in Huakai Town", trained villagers to rehearse and sing, and promoted the revitalization of rural culture. In less than a week's training, "Huakai Town Luoying" has been sung in the whole town. "Loyal to duty, not afraid of difficulties, the east paper pot peak welcomes the sunrise, the green hills are beautiful, the green water is long, and the pear blossoms are everywhere!" -The village songs were loud and clear. At the opening ceremony, the villagers sang their own voices.
2022年，为落实北京市平谷区镇罗营国家乡村振兴示范区建设，镇罗营以乡村基层治理为切入点，认真贯彻乡村振兴五大战略，围绕“红色记忆”、“生态和谐、产业创新”与“民生服务”三大主题，对乡村资源进行多元价值挖掘和综合高效开发利用，实现乡村建设的稳步推进。农业生产型产业转向生态服务型产业，主动融入首都城市经济，探索互动、共赢共生的城乡融合发展体系是镇罗营乡村振兴模式的核心路径。“山水镇罗营”正是这一发展体系和路径的形象表达。

"Luoying in Shanshui Town" is the image expression of this development system and path.
