钻机、压裂机组是气田开发的重要装备,公司颠覆传统的柴油驱动方式,用先进的电驱钻机、压裂机组,代替柴驱钻机、压裂机组,不但占地面积小,能耗低,噪音低,而且不产生任何氮氧化合物、二氧化碳等有害气体,更加低碳环保。今年以来,公司利用电驱钻机钻完48口气井,单井电驱钻井能耗比柴驱钻井节约能耗356.36吨标煤,累计减少能耗1.71万吨标煤;累计在20口气井采用电驱压裂完成507段压裂,单段电驱压裂能耗比柴驱压裂节约13.24吨标煤,累计减少能耗6712吨标煤。

技术添“绿”,实施节能减排工艺

10月初,焦页70-4HF井运用“试采一体化”新型测试技术,在气井测试求产时回收页岩气52.02万立方米。今年以来,已运用了29口气井,累计回收页岩气770多万立方米,减排二氧化碳2.2万吨。

在采气技术改进中,针对井筒积液的低产井,公司逐年加大增压开采、气举作业、泡沫排水、柱塞排水等安全环保的排水采气措施力度,取代以往经常使用的点火放喷排液措施,平均每次排水采气措施,相比放喷排液措施可少燃烧页岩气2000立方米,不但增加了气田产量,还减少了废气、烟尘等排放,有效保护了环境。
