董志毅听取了民航博物馆“十四五”事业发展规划编制情况的汇报，观览了“踔厉奋发启新程——民航博物馆十年历程展”，实地考察了博物馆室内外展陈、基础设施设备、科普互动区域及场馆日常维护等相关情况。

Dong Zhiyi listened to the report on the development planning of the civil Aviation Museum's "14th Five-year plan", visited the "Strong and Exciting New Ride -- Ten-year History exhibition of the civil aviation museum", and inspected the museum's indoor and outdoor exhibitions, infrastructure and equipment, popular science interactive area and routine maintenance of the venue.

董志毅充分肯定了博物馆全体干部职工一年来取得的工作成绩，对下一步工作提出了三点要求：一要牢牢树立“抓好党建是最大政绩”的理念，切实履行“党要管党、从严治党”主体责任，全面加强党的建设，突出政治引领，加强思想建设，强化规矩意识，充分彰显民航博物馆的政治属性。二要切实发挥引领作用，不断提升办馆水平，进一步提升运行管理能力，加大改革创新力度，积极推动博物馆信息化、智慧化发展，坚定文化自信，丰富精神文化底蕴，持续提高博物馆核心竞争力。三要切实践行组织路线，着力加强班子建设，树立正确选人用人导向，提升专业技术水平，锤炼过硬干部队伍，全面推动博物馆高质量发展，以优异成绩迎接党的二十大胜利召开。
