今天(27日)上午,国铁集团介绍京津冀地区铁路规划建设情况。截至今年8月底,京津冀三省市铁路营业里程达10848公里,其中高铁2369公里,实现铁路对20万人口以上城市全覆盖,高铁覆盖京津冀所有地级市。

今天上午,记者来到城市副中心站施工现场。现场相关负责人介绍,目前城市副中心站已经完成地下二层候车层的结构,正在继续向下挖地下三层,加紧完成铁路站台的施工。

北京城市副中心站综合交通枢纽工程,西起北运河东岸,东至东六环外路县故城遗址区,北起京哈铁路南侧路,南至杨坨中路、杨坨一街,实施范围约59公顷,地下建筑面积128万平方米,建设内容主要包括京唐城际铁路和城际铁路联络线车站、地铁22号线(平谷线)和M101线车站、接驳场站、综合交通枢纽配套、公共服务空间、市政配套6部分。项目预计2024年12月底完工。

The scope of implementation is about 59 hectares, and the underground building area is 1.28 million square meters. The construction contents mainly include the stations of the Beijing Tangshan Intercity Railway and the Intercity Railway connecting line, the stations of Metro Line 22 (Pinggu Line) and Line M101, the connecting stations Comprehensive transportation hub supporting, public service space and municipal supporting. The project is expected to be completed by the end of December 2024.
副中心站枢纽集成两条城际铁路、3条地铁线路、15条公交,可实现1小时京津冀都市圈交通,15分钟直达北京首都国际机场、35分钟直达北京大兴国际机场、30分钟到达核心区的交通高效衔接,打造“轨道上的京津冀”客运枢纽。建成后将成为亚洲最大的地下综合交通枢纽。

京唐城际铁路起自北京城市副中心站,终至河北省唐山市既有唐山站,途经北京市通州区、河北省廊坊市、天津市宝坻区、河北省唐山市,线路全长约148.7公里,设计时速350公里。全线共设置车站8座。开通初期,由北京站始发终到。京唐城际铁路经通燕联络线与京哈线衔接,经唐滦联络线与津秦高铁衔接,是以城际客流为主、同时承担部分中长途跨线客流运输功能的高速铁路。

Beijing-Tangshan Intercity Railway is connected with Beijing-Harbin Line via Tongyan Tie Line and Tianjin-Qinhuangdao High-speed Railway via Tangluan Tie Line. It is a high-speed railway which mainly focuses on intercity passenger flow and undertakes some medium and long-distance cross-line passenger flow transportation functions.
京滨城际铁路起自京唐城际铁路宝坻站,引入既有滨海西站。正线线路全长约96公里,设计时速250公里,宝坻南至北辰段基础设施预留进一步提速至350公里/小时条件。全线共设置车站4座。初期开通宝坻至北辰段。
Beijing-Binhai Intercity Railway starts from Baodi Station of Beijing-Tangshan Intercity Railway and is introduced into the existing Binhai West Station. The total length of the main line is about 96 kilometers, with a design speed of 250 kilometers per hour. The infrastructure of Baodi South Beichen Section is reserved for further acceleration to 350 kilometers per hour. There are 4 stations along the whole line. Baodi Beichen section was opened at the initial stage.
京唐城际和京滨城际铁路目前已进入联调联试阶段,正在为全线开通运行做最后的冲刺。

近年来京津冀地区铁路建设发展取得显著成效,陆续建成投产了京张高铁、京沈高铁、京雄城际、崇礼铁路、北京丰台站、雄安站等重大项目,并加快建设北京城市副中心站、津兴城际、城际铁路联络线一期等重大工程,计划年内建成京唐、京滨铁路,开工建设雄安新区至商丘、雄安新区至忻州、天津至潍坊等高铁。

雄安新区的铁路建设也引人注目。据介绍,目前,雄安新区“四纵两横”区域高铁(城际)网络正在加快成型,京广高铁、京雄城际已建成投产,雄安新区至大兴机场快线已开工建设,雄商高铁、雄忻高铁即将开工,石雄城际前期工作正在加快推进,相关项目建成投产后,雄安新区将高效融入“轨道上的京津冀”。

在城市副中心铁路布局方面,目前铁路正优化完善北京城市副中心对外通道,加快建设京唐、京滨铁路,计划年内建成投产;加快推进城际铁路联络线二期工程前期工作,争取早日开工建设;积极推进市郊铁路东北环线、城市副中心线西延工程等项目前期工作,争取早日开工建设。统筹推进干线铁路、城际铁路、市域(郊)铁路和城市轨道交通“四网融合”,推动站城融合发展,打造北京城市副中心对外门户车站,提高城市副中心的承载力和吸引力。
