“南昌经济技术开发区城市管理行政执法局机场中队”在南昌机场公共区管理部监管室队伍基础上组建，机场中队的日常管理、经费保障由公共区管理部负责，经开区执法部门派遣人员挂点进行业务指导和监督。机场中队成立一年间，公共区管理部积极对接南昌经济技术开发区城市管理行政执法局，突破壁垒跳出原有的企业管理模式，结合南昌机场实际全面推进“南昌经济技术开发区城市管理行政执法局机场中队”机构职能深度融合。做好行政执法工作，必须要有一支领导过硬、纪律过硬的队伍。为此，机场执法中队通过严格办案程序，狠抓法律法规培训，不断强化队伍素质建设，定期组织行政执法法律法规培训，让队员熟练掌握行政处罚依据、处罚程序，避免出现执法差错。为提高中队成员业务技能，编制作了《南昌机场中队执法手册》，包括行政执法案卷样本、执法程序、法律依据等内容，便于员工随身携带和学习。为提高中队成员实战技能，中队组织派出队员到南昌经济技术开发区相关行政执法单位进行现场交流学习，把好的执法经验带回来，也积极参加南昌经济技术开发区城市管理行政执法局组织的行政执法培训，培训交流中对日常执法中遇到的问题和解决技巧进行交流，提高促进执法规范。同时通过加强队伍建设，常态化开展行政执法人员培训，全面提升执法队伍素质，将《行政处罚法》纳入重点培训内容，切实提升行政执法人员运用法治思维和法治方式的能力。

烈日炎炎，一辆配载警灯的行政执法车辆往返穿梭于南昌机场各条大小道路上开展城市治理日常巡查，“您好，人行道禁止停放车辆”、“您好，防撞墩禁止蹲坐”.....几个英姿飒爽的“城管蓝”穿行于南昌机场的航站楼前、停车场内耐心的劝说制止往返旅客的不文明行为，这是南昌经济技术开发区城市管理行政执法局机场中队日常缩影。2022年3月9日，南昌经济技术开发区城市管理行政执法局机场中队开出了首张以机场中队为执法主体的行政处罚决定书。执法队员在日常巡查过程中发现机场西二路路口一辆大型吊车进行升降作业时未做任何警示及防护措施，且导致其他车辆无法正常通行，造成早高峰道路严重拥堵。现场了解作业吊车为东航江西分公司基地扩建项目施工单位用于吊运高空作业，其未向相关管理部门提出占道作业申请，未做任何防护措施，无视道路拥堵情况，擅自占用城市道路进行吊车升降作业，对此情况执法队员立即叫停现场施工作业，并全程进行录像取证，向该施工单位下达《责令改正违法行为通知书》，责令其立即停止占道行为，进行立案调查。最终根据《城市道路管理条例》第四十二条第一款之规定，按照占地面积每平方米一百元的标准，依法对违法施工单位作出了处以叁仟贰佰捌拾壹元捌角伍分的行政处罚，并于3月11日执行完成。此次执法也是机场中队成立以来首次执行行政处罚程序，处罚的顺利执行也为机场城市管理行政执法工作奠定了基础，在场区起到良好的警示教育作用。
