旅客从抵达出发机场到离开落地机场的一路畅行,离不开航司一线员工的贴心护航。从地面到空中,众多奋斗在深航一线的青年员工在秉持“任何时候,自然体贴”的服务理念,竭诚让旅客拥有宾至如归的出行体验的同时,还不断加强安全管理意识,提升应急处置能力。

入职深航17年的乘务长贾蝉玉心里清楚,乘务员除了服务旅客,还是一个集医护、消防、野外生存、心理疏导等众多技能于一身的特殊工种。2018年12月,深圳—北京的ZH9113航班落地前50分钟左右,一位旅客突然心脏不适,贾蝉玉作为乘务长,带领乘务组将旅客安置平躺在座位上,让乘客持续吸氧并保持头低脚高的平躺姿势。经机上医生乘客判断,怀疑该旅客为急性心梗,需要尽快手术,否则将危及生命。贾蝉玉立即报告机组,机长向管制部门申请直飞并通知地面救护车接机,在其他飞机都让道的情况下,ZH9113航班将落地时间从40分钟缩短至20分钟,飞机落地后旅客第一时间得到救治,脱离了危险。在这场时间与生命的较量中,深航乘务组、机组、医生乘客,各自凭借扎实的专业知识和技能,以及迅速的反应能力,搭起了生命的绿色通道。

According to the judgment of the doctor on board, the passenger is suspected of acute myocardial infarction and needs to be operated as soon as possible, otherwise it will endanger life. Jia Chanyu immediately reported to the crew, and the captain applied to the control department for a direct flight and notified the ground ambulance to pick up the plane. With all other planes giving way, flight ZH9113 shortened the landing time from 40 minutes to 20 minutes. After the plane landed, the passengers received treatment as soon as possible and were out of danger. In this battle between time and life, the crew, doctors, and passengers of Shenzhen Airlines have each built a green channel for life with their solid professional knowledge and skills, as well as quick reaction ability.

飞机起飞必须经过技术放行和签派放行,其中技术放行由飞机放行工程师完成,签派放行则由签派员完成。

“我们都说‘安全无小事’,这个小是有多小呢?一颗螺钉松动、一个部件上挂了一滴油、两个线路或管路之间的距离过近等情况,都值得我们高度重视。”在饶海建眼里安全就是“10000-1=0”,机务工作就是排除所有故障,保证万无一失。无论酷暑还是寒冬,饶海建和团队坚守机坪,在排除、维修一些比较复杂的故障时,飞机放行工程师往往需要维持维修姿势数个小时,但当完成故障处理后,饶海建感觉神清气爽,颇有成就感,“就像你在半山腰继续往上爬,终于和携手互助的团队成员顶峰相见”。尽管已经入行十余载,作为一名成熟优秀的飞机放行工程师,饶海建仍然觉得学无止境,“没有人敢说自己完全了解一整架飞机”。也正是这样的心态,让他时刻谦虚谨慎,履责于行。

Although he has been in the industry for more than ten years, as a mature and excellent aircraft release engineer, Rao Haijian still feels that learning is endless, "no one dares to say they fully understand an entire aircraft. It is precisely this mindset that keeps him humble and cautious, fulfilling his responsibilities in action.

如果说放行员是保障飞机健康的“医生”,那么签派员就是保障航班运行的“最强大脑”。日夜灯火通明的深航AOC(航空公司运行中心)大厅里最显眼的墙上,印着“一个航班一个航班地盯,一个环节一个环节地抓”这是刻在每一位深航飞行签派员心里的工作准则。

飞机起飞前,签派员要收集天气、航路、飞机状态等众多信息并进行风险评估,与机长共同签字放行航班;飞机起飞后,签派员要实时监控飞机的高度、油量、航向等飞行状态;在飞机有地面支援需求的时候,迅速协调各方资源,实现高效的对空支持,保障航班顺畅运行,直至航班安全落地。

因为职业门槛高,一位稍微成熟的签派员培养周期至少需要3到4年,“签派是一个常做常新的工作,就算你学习了很多基础理论知识,考取了飞行签派员执照,但这些在实践中是远远不够的”。深航飞行签派员张婕已经深耕签派工作10年,“盯紧每一个环节”的工作态度让她在10年间的航班放行和监控工作中从未发生过安全事件。如今作为签派教员的她,在教学工作中注重总结放行经验,用传道解惑的方式将其传递给接力签派工作的新人。

深航定期从优秀青年员工中选派支教志愿者,前往广西昭平县支教。深航支教志愿者成员、客舱维护工程师程尚聪任教的班级,在期末考试中荣获昭平县一等奖;支教志愿者成员、安全质量监督工程师曲春涛则经过一学期的教学,将该班级的语文平均分提升20分。除了成绩上的提升外,深航支教志愿者带来的其他变化还包含创立手语操队和鼓号队、举办趣味运动会,筹备“蓝天书屋”,参与拍摄深航节目《丽眼看世界》,协助当地将军峰开展茶叶直播带货活动……为昭平县的茶产业与教育注入了朝气与活力。
