旅客从抵达出发机场到离开落地机场的一路畅行，离不开航司一线员工的贴心护航。从地面到空中，众多奋斗在深航一线的青年员工在秉持“任何时候，自然体贴”的服务理念，竭诚让旅客拥有宾至如归的出行体验的同时，还不断加强安全管理意识，提升应急处置能力。

入职深航17年的乘务长贾蝉玉心里清楚，乘务员除了服务旅客，还是一个集医护、消防、野外生存、心理疏导等众多技能于一身的特殊工种。2018年12月，深圳—北京的ZH9113航班落地前50分钟左右，一位旅客突然心脏不适，贾蝉玉作为乘务长，带领乘务组将旅客安置平躺在座位上，让乘客持续吸氧并保持头低脚高的平躺姿势。经机上医生乘客判断，怀疑该旅客为急性心梗，需要尽快手术，否则将危及生命。贾蝉玉立即报告机组，机长向管制部门申请直飞并通知地面救护车接机，在其他飞机都让道的情况下，ZH9113航班将落地时间从40分钟缩短至20分钟，飞机落地后旅客第一时间得到救治，脱离了危险。在这场时间与生命的较量中，深航乘务组、机组、医生乘客，各自凭借扎实的专业知识和技能，以及迅速的反应能力，搭起了生命的绿色通道。

Jia Chanyu, the flight attendant who has been working at Shenzhen Airlines for 17 years, knows in her heart that in addition to serving passengers, flight attendants are also a special job that combines many skills such as medical care, firefighting, wilderness survival, and psychological counseling. In December 2018, about 50 minutes before the landing of the ZH9113 flight from Shenzhen to Beijing, a passenger suddenly experienced heart discomfort. Jia Chanyu, as the flight attendant, led the crew to place the passenger flat on the seat, allowing them to continue inhaling oxygen and maintain a flat position with their head and feet low. According to the judgment of the doctor on board, the passenger is suspected of acute myocardial infarction and needs to be operated as soon as possible, otherwise it will endanger life. Jia Chanyu immediately reported to the crew, and the captain applied to the control department for a direct flight and notified the ground ambulance to pick up the plane. With all other planes giving way, flight ZH9113 shortened the landing time from 40 minutes to 20 minutes. After the plane landed, the passengers received treatment as soon as possible and were out of danger. In this battle between time and life, the crew, doctors, and passengers of Shenzhen Airlines have each built a green channel for life with their solid professional knowledge and skills, as well as quick reaction ability.

除了对客服务的深航青年，还有无数深航青年守在鲜为人知的幕后岗位上，用专业技能守护航班安全。

飞机起飞必须经过技术放行和签派放行，其中技术放行由飞机放行工程师完成，签派放行则由签派员完成。

饶海建是一名飞机放行工程师，负责每一次飞机起飞前的检查和测试，确保飞机达到适航要求。饶海建被团队形容为“最爱给飞机找茬的人”。

Rao Haijian is an aircraft release engineer, who is responsible for the inspection and test before taking off to ensure that the aircraft meets the airworthiness requirements. Rao Haijian was described by the team as "the person who loves to find fault with airplanes".

“我们都说‘安全无小事’，这个小是有多小呢?一颗螺钉松动、一个部件上挂了一滴油、两个线路或管路之间的距离过近等情况，都值得我们高度重视。”在饶海建眼里安全就是“10000-1=0”,机务工作就是排除所有故障，保证万无一失。无论酷暑还是寒冬，饶海建和团队坚守机坪，在排除、维修一些比较复杂的故障时，飞机放行工程师往往需要维持维修姿势数个小时，但当完成故障处理后，饶海建感觉神清气爽，颇有成就感，“就像你在半山腰继续往上爬，终于和携手互助的团队成员顶峰相见”。尽管已经入行十余载，作为一名成熟优秀的飞机放行工程师，饶海建仍然觉得学无止境，“没有人敢说自己完全了解一整架飞机”。也正是这样的心态，让他时刻谦虚谨慎，履责于行。

However, after completing the troubleshooting, Rao Haijian feels refreshed and has a sense of achievement, "just like you continue to climb halfway up the mountain and finally meet the team members who are working together at the peak. Although he has been in the industry for more than ten years, as a mature and excellent aircraft release engineer, Rao Haijian still feels that learning is endless, "no one dares to say they fully understand an entire aircraft. It is precisely this mindset that keeps him humble and cautious, fulfilling his responsibilities in action.

如果说放行员是保障飞机健康的“医生”，那么签派员就是保障航班运行的“最强大脑”。日夜灯火通明的深航AOC(航空公司运行中心）大厅里最显眼的墙上，印着“一个航班一个航班地盯，一个环节一个环节地抓”这是刻在每一位深航飞行签派员心里的工作准则。

On the most conspicuous wall in the brightly lit AOC (airline operation center) hall of Shenzhen Airlines day and night, "one flight at a time, one link at a time" is printed on it, which is the working principle engraved in the heart of every dispatcher of Shenzhen Airlines flight.

飞机起飞前，签派员要收集天气、航路、飞机状态等众多信息并进行风险评估，与机长共同签字放行航班；飞机起飞后，签派员要实时监控飞机的高度、油量、航向等飞行状态;在飞机有地面支援需求的时候，迅速协调各方资源，实现高效的对空支持，保障航班顺畅运行，直至航班安全落地。

因为职业门槛高，一位稍微成熟的签派员培养周期至少需要3到4年，“签派是一个常做常新的工作，就算你学习了很多基础理论知识,考取了飞行签派员执照，但这些在实践中是远远不够的”。深航飞行签派员张婕已经深耕签派工作10年，“盯紧每一个环节”的工作态度让她在10年间的航班放行和监控工作中从未发生过安全事件。如今作为签派教员的她，在教学工作中注重总结放行经验，用传道解惑的方式将其传递给接力签派工作的新人。

弘扬大爱，诠释青春新模样

除了立足本职工作，深航青年也在抗疫救灾、环境保护、助力乡村振兴等领域主动作为。

深航定期从优秀青年员工中选派支教志愿者，前往广西昭平县支教。深航支教志愿者成员、客舱维护工程师程尚聪任教的班级，在期末考试中荣获昭平县一等奖；支教志愿者成员、安全质量监督工程师曲春涛则经过一学期的教学，将该班级的语文平均分提升20分。除了成绩上的提升外，深航支教志愿者带来的其他变化还包含创立手语操队和鼓号队、举办趣味运动会，筹备“蓝天书屋”，参与拍摄深航节目《丽眼看世界》，协助当地将军峰开展茶叶直播带货活动……为昭平县的茶产业与教育注入了朝气与活力。

作为深航首批昭平支教志愿者，从2013年开始投身公益事业的尹梦竹，已经把支教当成她除了深航客舱乘务长之外的第二份事业，她时常被问起“是什么让你坚持了这么久”，她觉得只有很苦的事情需要用“坚持”来形容，支教对她来说不是苦差，她很享受，应该问她如何享受这么久。

受各方面因素影响，深航第二批支教志愿者、附件机械工程师杜金航的支教工作以网课收尾，没能和孩子们面对面好好告别成了他的遗憾，他的手机相册里仍然保存着教师节孩子们送给他礼物的照片，翻看的时候，他在心里计划近期回去一趟看望孩子们。而首批支教志愿者成员之一的曲春涛最近一次回昭平是2023年新年前，他带领体检查出近视的几位学生去配了眼镜，买了过年的新衣服，被同事们开玩笑说那是他在昭平的儿女们，他笑着承认：“确实差不多。”（编辑：李季威 校对：王亚玲 审核：程凌）
