怀进鹏指出，做好高校毕业生就业，事关教育“国之大计、党之大计”落地，事关就业优先战略落实，事关为中国式现代化提供基础性、战略性的人才支撑。各地教育部门和各高校要扎实推进“民企高校携手促就业行动”，引导更多高校毕业生到民营企业就业。要着力促进政策落地，主动向民营企业宣传介绍系列优惠政策，使政策红利充分释放。要着力办好招聘活动，创造条件邀请民营企业进校招聘，用好国家大学生就业服务平台，深化线上线下招聘融合促进。要着力开展访企拓岗，坚持“走出去”和“请进来”相结合，挖掘更多就业岗位和机会。要着力提供“有温度”的指导帮扶，鼓励毕业生到民营企业去、到创新的岗位和最富挑战的市场领域去施展才华、实现价值。要着力推动供需更精准匹配，缓解就业结构性矛盾，深化高等教育供给侧改革，更好推进产教融合，调整优化专业结构。他强调，当前，距毕业生离校不到3个月时间，各地教育部门和各高校要会同人社部门、工商联抓紧行动，强化责任落实，强化协同，做好正面宣传，确保活动实现预期目标。

俞家栋要求各级人社部门将高校毕业生就业工作作为重要政治任务，以实施高校毕业生等青年就业创业推进计划为抓手，将“民企高校携手促就业行动”作为重要内容，会同有关部门统筹推进，抓好政策落实、招聘支持、培训见习、权益维护、宣传引导，全力以赴促进高校毕业生就业。

据悉，2022年5月27日，全国工商联与教育部共同启动了“民企高校携手促就业行动”。截至2022年底，已组织各省举办招聘活动4688场，13万家民营企业参加招聘活动，提供岗位信息数169.5万条。
