王启明副司长指出,党的二十大明确提出以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族的伟大复兴,把教育、科技、人才三位一体进行系统性统筹谋划。教育在全面建设社会主义现代化国家中要发挥好基础性、战略性的支撑作用。高等教育作为科技第一生产力、人才第一资源、创新第一动力的重要结合点,必须超前识变、科学应变和主动求变,要加快实现高等教育高质量发展,率先建成高等教育强国。

教育部产学合作协同育人项目专家组组长、哈尔滨工业大学徐晓飞教授做题为“内涵升级 结构升级 质量升级 以崭新姿态迎接产学合作协同育人项目第十年”的主旨报告。他首先介绍了教育部产学合作协同育人项目的发展历程。他指出,产学合作协同育人项目得到了高校和企业广泛参与,自2014年项目实施以来,累计参与企业达1700余家,累计立项数量达9.9万项,企业累计投入经费35.61亿元。他重点介绍了2022年项目实施的整体进展情况。2022年项目以促进高等教育产教融合高质量发展为主线,工作重点围绕项目运行、制度建设、内涵提升、宣传推广等方面展开,创新性开展了企业专项,全面推进项目高质量运行。他指出,2023年是产学合作协同育人项目实施的第十个年头。围绕内涵升级、结构升级、质量升级,将重点加强项目导引,开展项目征集工作;强化项目质量,提升项目推动力;强化成果导向,推动教育数字化。

In 2023, we will enter the 10th year of implementing the University-Industry Cooperation Collaborative Education Program. University-Industry Cooperation Collaborative Education Project aims to deepen the integration of industry and education through government-led platform, enterprise support, university docking and common construction and sharing, promote the organic connection between education chain, talent chain and industry chain and innovation chain, and promote the reform of university talent training with the latest demand of industry and technology development.
