我国首个甲醇制氢加氢一体站投用

2月15日,我国首个甲醇制氢加氢一体站在辽宁大连自贸片区正式投用。建设单位中石化北方能源(大连)有限公司总经理王海波告诉《中国化工报》记者,站内每天可产出1000千克99.999%高纯度氢气,相较于使用传统用氢方式,综合成本可降低20%以上。
On February 15, China's first methanol to hydrogen hydrogen refueling integrated station was officially put into operation in Dalian Free Trade Zone, Liaoning Province. 据王海波介绍,甲醇制氢加氢一体站由中石化燃料油销售公司大连盛港油气氢电服“五位一体”综合加能站升级而成,采用中国石化自主研发的分布式甲醇制氢系统,制氢效率达到全国领先水平,每小时可产氢500标准立方米。该站具有小型化、模块化、智能化等优点。主体装置占地仅64平方米,而同等制氢规模的传统设备占地面积超500平方米;采用“撬块化建站模式”建设,场地利用率为全国最高,且布局简洁、建设周期短,可复制推广。同时,装置自动化、智能化水平达到国内领先,可实现一键开停车、云端监控等智能化操作。此外,装置环保性能优异,生产过程中无固废影响、无废水外排、无尾气污染。在满足加氢站内安全和运营控制要求的前提下,与国内同类装置相比,能耗更低、甲醇消耗更少,节能及经济效益显著。
According to Wang Haibo, the methanol hydrogen refueling station is upgraded from the "five-in-one" comprehensive refueling station of Dalian Shenggang Oil, Gas, Hydrogen, Electricity and Service of Sinopec Fuel Oil Sales Company, which adopts Sinopec's self-developed distributed methanol hydrogen production system. The station has the advantages of miniaturization, modularization and intelligence. The main unit occupies only 64 square meters, while the traditional equipment of the same scale of hydrogen production occupies more than 500 square meters; it is built in the "skid block construction mode", which has the highest site utilization rate in China, and the layout is simple and the construction period is short, so it can be replicated. Meanwhile, the level of automation and intelligence of the plant is the leading one in China, which can realize intelligent operation such as one-key opening and stopping and cloud monitoring. In addition, the environmental performance of the plant is excellent, with no solid waste, no waste water discharge and no tail gas pollution during the production process. On the premise of meeting the requirements of safety and operation control in the hydrogenation station, the energy consumption is lower and methanol consumption is less compared with similar plants in China, so the energy saving and economic benefits are remarkable.
据了解,传统用氢模式一般是将氢气从产地运输至加氢站储存使用,氢气的储运成为目前制约氢能产业发展的关键环节。中国石化石油化工科学研究院第二十七研究室副主任徐润告诉记者,我国加氢站主要依靠长管拖车运输,运力低、成本高、装卸时间长、综合能效低且存在安全隐患。
It is understood that the traditional mode of using hydrogen is generally to transport hydrogen from the origin to the hydrogen refueling station for storage and use, and the storage and transportation of hydrogen has become the key link that restricts the development of hydrogen energy industry at present. Xu Run, deputy director of the twenty-seventh research laboratory of Sinopec Petrochemical Scientific Research Institute, told reporters that hydrogen refueling stations in China mainly rely on the transportation of long tube trailers, which has low capacity, high cost, long loading and unloading time, low comprehensive energy efficiency and hidden safety risks.
“35吨重的罐装运输车辆每次只能运送约300千克氢气,考虑到压力容器的安全,不能完全释放罐内氢气,实际只能卸装200多千克。”徐润解释说,“同时,还要建设容积足够大的储氢装置,增加了建设成本和土地成本。此外,氢气易燃易爆,接卸环节安全风险大一些。”
"The 35-ton tank transport vehicle can only deliver about 300 kg of hydrogen each time, and considering the safety of the pressure vessel, the hydrogen in the tank cannot be completely released, and only more than 200 kg can actually be unloaded." Xu Run explained, "At the same time, a hydrogen storage device with a large enough volume has to be built, which increases the construction cost and land cost. In addition, hydrogen is flammable and explosive, and the safety risk of the receiving and unloading link is a bit bigger."
中国石化在该站建设的甲醇现场制氢项目提供了一条“解题之策”。我国是世界最大的甲醇生产国,甲醇产能占全球的60%。甲醇制氢成本低且能耗小,储运方便、经济(常温常压下为液体);站内制氢加氢一体化模式,大幅减少了氢气的中间运输成本,降低了储氢能力要求,减少了高压卸氢操作,综合考虑制、储、运各环节,可大幅降低用氢成本并提升本质安全。
The methanol on-site hydrogen production project built by Sinopec at the station provides a "solution to the problem". China is the world's largest methanol producer, with 60% of the world's methanol production capacity. Methanol hydrogen production is low cost and low energy consumption, convenient and economical to store and transport (liquid at room temperature and pressure); the integrated mode of hydrogen production and hydrogen refueling in the station significantly reduces the intermediate transportation cost of hydrogen, lowers the requirement of hydrogen storage capacity, reduces the high-pressure hydrogen unloading operation, and integrates all aspects of production, storage and transportation, which can significantly reduce the cost of hydrogen use and enhance the essential safety.
据介绍,项目采用的分布式甲醇制氢系统包含甲醇重整、催化氧化、过程强化、系统集成等多项自主创新成果,制氢效率全国领先。石科院还配套研发了RSR-501新型甲醇重整催化剂和CCC-101/102催化氧化催化剂,可有效解决传统催化剂金属团簇晶粒尺寸与稳定性的矛盾,大幅提升了原料利用效率。徐润表示,该项目制氢的反应效率可继续提升,设备空间也可进一步优化。
According to the introduction, the distributed methanol hydrogen production system adopted in the project contains a number of independent innovations in methanol reforming, catalytic oxidation, process intensification and system integration, with the leading efficiency of hydrogen production in China. CAS has also developed RSR-501 new methanol reforming catalyst and CCC-101/102 catalytic oxidation catalyst, which can effectively solve the contradiction between the size and stability of traditional catalyst metal clusters and significantly improve the efficiency of raw material utilization. According to Xu Run, the reaction efficiency of hydrogen production can be further improved and the equipment space can be further optimized.

天眼查APP显示,中石化北方能源公司由中石化燃料油销售公司和大连华谊投资控股有限公司合资建立,持股比例为50:50。另悉,中国石化燃料油公司已在大连自贸片区建成两座油气氢电服“五位一体”综合加能站,并有6座启动开工建设。
