本报北京5月3日电 （记者王召杰）4月28日，中国国家铁路集团有限公司披露2022年度和2023年一季度财务决算信息，国铁企业统筹疫情防控和铁路运输，主动有效服务国家战略，积极努力改善经营效益，经营业绩实现健康平稳向好。2022年，国铁集团实现收入11272亿元，与上年基本持平；受疫情超预期影响客运收入减少，净利润亏损696亿元，同比增亏197亿元。2023年一季度，国铁集团精心组织，实现铁路客运发送量持续强劲增长、货物发送量屡创新高，国铁集团实现收入2719亿元，同比增长18.2%。

国铁集团财务部负责人介绍，2022年以来，国铁集团深入贯彻“疫情要防住、经济要稳住、发展要安全”的要求，坚决落实党中央、国务院决策部署，坚持稳中求进工作总基调，高效统筹疫情防控和铁路重点工作，积极应对多重风险挑战，推动铁路高质量发展取得新成效，为保障国民经济平稳运行提供了有力支撑。一是铁路建设任务圆满完成。2022年，全国铁路完成固定资产投资7109亿元，其中国家铁路完成6208亿元；投产新线4100公里，其中高铁2082公里。到2022年底，全国铁路营业里程达到15.5万公里，其中高铁4.2万公里。2023年一季度，国铁集团积极作为，充分发挥铁路建设投资拉动作用，全国铁路完成固定资产投资1135.5亿元，同比增长6.6%，是近年来增幅较大的一年。二是货运增长保持良好态势。全力组织电煤保供专项行动，保障化肥、粮食、防疫等国计民生重点物资运输，国家铁路完成货物发送量39亿吨、同比增长4.8%。2023年一季度，国家铁路累计发送货物9.7亿吨，同比增长2.3%，铁路货运持续保持高位运行，屡创历史新高。三是高效统筹疫情防控和客运服务。全力保障防疫物资运输，圆满完成北京冬奥会运输服务保障等重点任务，减免站车商户等租金。保持路网通达性，科学安排客运能力，精准服务人民群众出行，2022年国家铁路完成旅客发送量16.1亿人。2023年一季度，国铁集团主动适应旅客出行需求增长需要，加大运力投放，在圆满完成春运、“两会”运输保障任务基础上，国家铁路累计发送旅客7.53亿人，同比增长66%。四是铁路改革创新持续深化。2022年，国铁企业改革三年行动圆满收官，推动95306系统优化升级，全面实现货运业务集中网上办理，“哈铁科技”成功上市，粤海轮渡REITs（不动产投资信托基金）试点项目有序实施，北京市域铁路平台公司挂牌成立，铁路资产资本化股权化证券化取得新成果。2023年一季度，国铁集团发挥铁路科技创新领军企业作用，组建铁路科技创新联盟，积极有序推进区域合资铁路公司重组整合。
