2019年底，东航江苏公司成为东航内部首批启用新一代LDP（load plan，装载计划）载重平衡系统的单位。首先，新系统采用了图形化的用户操作界面，无需记忆指令，操作更便捷。涉及航班重量计算的放行油量、重量限制、机组人数、值机旅客等信息均可通过数据接口传输，实现了全数据集成。其次，该系统还可以同时监控多个航班载重平衡运行节点，包括载重平衡整个链条上的货邮信息报送、签派放行获取、值机办理进度、货舱配载的装机单推送、机坪装卸的装载确认、舱单传输确认等保障环节，实现了全流程监控。再次，新系统设置了智能预警，重心、载量乃至节点保障计划时间等安全阈值被触发后可直接跳出告警弹窗等提醒，减少了大量的人工复核检查过程，实现了全智能预警。

Secondly, the system can also monitor multiple flight load balance operation nodes at the same time, including cargo and mail information submission, dispatch release acquisition, check-in handling progress, loading list push of cargo hold stowage, loading confirmation of apron loading and unloading, manifest transmission confirmation and other guarantee links on the whole chain of load balance, realizing the whole process monitoring. Thirdly, the new system sets intelligent early warning. After the safety thresholds such as center of gravity, load and even node support plan time are triggered, the alarm pop-up window can be directly popped up, which reduces a large number of manual review and inspection processes and realizes full intelligent early warning.

“有了新一代载重平衡系统的强力支撑，我们由原来的一个一个航班查看，一条一条指令录入，简化为多航班多系统多节点监控，数据传输、处理到最终生成航班舱单方便多了。”公司地服部生产协调分部班组长孙宇晨介绍说。

作为东航四梁八柱（上海总控，北京、云南、西北分控，江苏集配点）战略规划的重要一环，2020年，东航江苏公司开始负责东航集中配载项目中江苏省内各站点东航、上航出港航班的集中载重平衡保障。推进过程与疫情防控同时推进，并于2021年底率先完成了全部推广计划。江苏集配点含南京本站在内，共有9个站点纳入集中配载运行模式。

集中配载运行模式下，系统自动化程度提升，平衡业务标准得以统一，手工介入环节减少，舱单实现了远程制作。同时，还实现了传达和确认的“双链路”有效沟通，以及非常规航班“三脚”支撑的安全复核稳定结构，即集配席位安全操作、总部实时监控、总部及分子公司舱单多方位复核检查的三位一体工作格局，为航班运行稳稳地树立起了一道安全屏障。

新一代载重平衡系统离不开稳定的网络支撑。“两路网络、互为备份”是公司地服部生产协调分部高级经理王海锋当时具有远见卓识的一条工作思路。实际推进中，网络配置采用了公司与中航信两条不同的网络线路，大大提高了系统保障的安全裕度。与此同时，平衡员们也没有一味地依赖系统。在日常训练中，他们持续加强了网络特情模拟演练，从网络配置的切换，到节点故障的应对，再到手工模式的实操等，以备不时之需。

2021年的一天，公司某基地网络突发故障。平衡员判定公司网络正常，部分电脑及载重平衡系统可传输大部分数据。平衡员立即向值机员报送了旅客成人、儿童、婴儿数量，航班上不同座位区域人数、行李件数及重量等数据信息，并用白板记录每个航班值机通报的信息以及登机口减客情况，方便进行双复核检查，出色地完成了受网络故障影响的30班航班保障。广大滞留旅客也给予了理解，无一起旅客投诉。

The majority of stranded passengers also gave understanding, no passenger complaints.

在2021年疫情防控大考中，公司某基地办公区域因防控要求必须关闭。公司第一时间联系集配总控，按照流程申请启动灾备，同时，联系各个集配站点变更信息沟通联系方式，并安排联络人负责灾备期间信息联络备份，完成了疫情期间的灾备。这也是东航集配推广以来首次成功完成灾备。
