2022年11月16日,树木葱茏的印度尼西亚爪哇岛上,雅万高铁成功试验运行。见证历史时刻,中国铁路设计集团有限公司印尼雅万高铁项目部常务副经理、总体设计负责人夏健心情激动,“‘中国方案’为印尼量身打造,向世界传递了中国推进高质量共建‘一带一路’的信心和底气。”

雅万高铁选址沿线遍布热带雨林,人迹罕至、蛇虫出没。为了探路,设计人员不得不戴着面罩,挥着棍子,扛着20公斤的仪器,忍着酷暑高温在雨林里进行“地毯式”勘察。一个月下来,夏健带领团队徒步走了300多公里,详细的地质勘察为优质的设计方案打下了坚实基础。
Tropical rainforests are scattered along the site of Yawan High-speed Railway, with few people and snakes and insects. In order to explore the way, the designers had to wear masks, wield sticks, carry 20 kg of equipment, endure the scorching heat in the rain forest for "carpet" survey. At the end of a month, Xia Jian led the team to walk more than 300 kilometers. The detailed geological survey laid a solid foundation for the high-quality design scheme.
雅万高铁项目投标,竞争异常激烈。夏健带领团队彻夜奋战,结合印尼国情和业主需求,深入开展技术方案比选、技术标准适应性、商业模式、投融资模式、人力资源培训等专题研究。400多页的可行性研究报告,从经济性、安全性、舒适性等方面充分展现了中国高铁的全方位技术优势。最终,夏健带领团队拿下中国高铁海外第一单,实现中国高铁技术标准首次海外落地。

Finally, Xia Jian led the team to win the first overseas order of China's high-speed rail, realizing the first overseas implementation of China's high-speed rail technical standards.
2020年5月,受全球疫情蔓延影响,雅万高铁工程建设严重受挫。当时新冠疫苗还未面世,已在国内休假的夏健却主动提出立刻返回印尼项目现场:“项目需要我,现场的同志们需要我。”在恢复通航的第一天,夏健率领8名同事,跨越三国四地,历时30余小时回到雅万高铁项目部。一手抓防疫,一手抓生产,他白天跑现场、下工地,晚上改图纸、开线上会议,只争朝夕。在夏健的影响下,一批85后、90后技术骨干迅速成长,并结合印尼地质展开多项创新攻关,用实力证明中国高铁走向世界没有任何技术障碍。

On the one hand, he paid attention to epidemic prevention and production on the other hand. He ran to the site during the day, went down to the construction site, changed the drawings at night, and opened the line for meetings. Under the influence of Xia Jian, a group of post-85 and post-90s technical backbones grew rapidly, and carried out a number of innovative tackling problems in combination with Indonesia geology, proving that there is no technical obstacle for China's high-speed railway to go to the world with strength.

“真正的核心技术是买不来的,一定要开发出我们自己的产品。”刘贞勇挑重担。2012年,中国通号集团启动CTCS—3级列控系统自主化攻关项目。此后近3年,瞄准一个个关隘,紧盯一块块短板,刘贞带领团队完成了高性能DS6—80型安全计算机平台底层硬件和软件的全部开发和产业化工作,在国内首次推出具有核心自主知识产权的车载MVB通信芯片、应答器芯片、“安达”安全操作系统等多项成果。“卡脖子”问题迎刃而解,中国高铁CTCS—3级列控系统全套技术实现自主可控。

每天要从数据中发现问题、破解难题,郑小燕凭的是韧性与细致。郑徐高铁联调联试前,郑小燕带领同事把30多万个数据先后验证了7遍,完成了28个列控中心、4个限速服务器的试验,发现并解决问题127个,确保了郑徐高铁顺利接入郑州东站。

“学习动车检修技术,我始终保持‘饥饿感’。”中国铁路西安局集团有限公司西安动车段动车组技术中心动车组机械师董宏涛,1992年从部队复员后,积极投身铁路事业。2007年,铁路第六次大提速,年近40岁的他,应聘成为全国铁路第一批动车组随车机械师。

Dong Hongtao, EMU Mechanic of Xi'an EMU Technical Center of China Railway Xi'an Bureau Group Co., Ltd., actively devoted himself to railway cause after being demobilized from the army in 1992. In 2007, the sixth railway speed-up, nearly 40 years old, he applied to become the first batch of EMU on-board mechanics in China.
为了与“新朋友”打交道,董宏涛几乎把所有时间都放在了研究动车组构造和零部件上。学理论、对图纸、钻地沟、登车顶,检修限度、故障现象、处理过程等记满了一个又一个笔记本。同事们打趣:“董宏涛闭着眼睛,都能指出各个零部件位置,听一下声音,就知道问题出在哪里。”

不仅精于故障检修,董宏涛还善于排除隐患。他带队研制CRH380B动车组卫生间堵塞快速疏通专用工装,使动车组厕所堵塞也可在途处置,减少了载客运行动车组卫生间锁闭现象;他发明动车组救援用32芯线专用拆装工具,使作业时间缩减至15分钟以内;他研发了CRH2型动车组踏面清扫器自动排气专用工具,使作业人员减少2/3……

He led the team to develop a special tool for quick dredging of toilet blockage of CRH 380B EMU, so that the toilet blockage of EMU can also be disposed on the way, reducing the locking phenomenon of toilet of EMU operating with passengers;He invented a special disassembly and assembly tool for 32-core wire for EMU rescue, which reduced the operation time to less than 15 minutes;He developed the special automatic exhaust tool for CRH2 EMU tread sweeper, which reduced the number of operators by 2/3.
从事动车组工作的10多年时间里,董宏涛带领创新团队开展科技攻关,先后指导处理大小故障1000余件,革新改造实用工装26项,获得国家专利22项,培养青年业务骨干百余名,“能亲手消除安全隐患,让动车组安全飞驰在广袤大地上,再苦再累也心甘。”

为了提升内燃机车“心脏”的检修效率,他钻进车间废料库里研究3个月,创新研制出“专用快速测量样规”,将测量作业时间由30分钟压缩至5分钟,引得周边企业都来讨教。为了迅速解决机车故障,即便是周末休息时间,他也迅速赶到检修库,钻进仅能容纳一人作业的狭小空间,嘴巴咬住手电筒“做手术”近3小时,最终累得胳膊都抬不起来……多年来,茹德玖带领团队取得各类创新发明成果16项,其中内燃机车喷油泵双安装槽调节齿圈等3项成果获国家专利,为单位节支1000余万元。
