作为党的二十大代表，我有幸参加了中国共产党第二十次全国代表大会，学习聆听党的二十大报告和习近平总书记重要讲话精神。这让我对领袖更加充满敬意，对党和国家事业发展更加充满信心，对全面建设社会主义现代化国家、全面推进中华民族伟大复兴的美好未来更加充满期待。

As a representative of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, I had the honor to attend the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and learn to listen to the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the spirit of General Secretary 　 's important speech. This makes me more respectful of leaders, more confident in the development of the cause of the Party and the country, and more looking forward to the bright future of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way and comprehensively promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

作为林草系统的党代表，我更多关注的是党的二十大对生态文明建设方面提出的新思想新论断、作出的新部署新要求。党的二十大报告指出，要推进美丽中国建设，坚持山水林田湖草沙一体化保护和系统治理，统筹产业结构调整、污染治理、生态保护、应对气候变化，协同推进降碳、减污、扩绿、增长，推进生态优先、节约集约、绿色低碳发展。这赋予了林草系统重大历史使命。

As a party representative of the forestry and grass system, I pay more attention to the new ideas, new judgments and new arrangements and new requirements put forward by the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China on the construction of ecological civilization. The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that it is necessary to promote the construction of beautiful China, adhere to the integrated protection and systematic governance of landscape, forest, farmland, lake, grass and sand, coordinate industrial restructuring, pollution control, ecological protection, cope with climate change, promote carbon reduction, pollution reduction, green expansion and growth in coordination, and promote ecological priority, conservation and intensive, green and low-carbon development. This endows the forest and grass system with a great historical mission.

我认为，要把深入学习宣传贯彻党的二十大精神，与大力弘扬塞罕坝精神紧密结合起来，与落实“六个再建功立业”紧密结合起来，与推进塞罕坝二次创业紧密结合起来，推动党的二十大精神深入基层、深入人心。

In my opinion, it is necessary to combine the in-depth study, publicity and implementation of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Party with the vigorous promotion of the spirit of Saihanba, the implementation of the "Six Re-achievements" and the promotion of the second venture of Saihanba, so as to promote the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Party to go deep into the grassroots and be deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.

——旗帜鲜明讲政治。把坚定拥护“两个确立”、坚决做到“两个维护”作为最高政治原则和根本政治责任，准确领会习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的丰富内涵，坚决贯彻党中央决策部署，努力提高政治判断力、政治领悟力、政治执行力，以不折不扣、有力有效的担当作为，创造无愧于党、无愧于人民、无愧于时代的业绩。

Take firmly supporting the "Two Establishments" and resolutely achieving the "Two Maintenances" as the highest political principle and fundamental political responsibility, accurately understand the rich connotation of Xi Jinping's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, resolutely implement the decision-making and deployment of the CPC Central Committee, strive to improve political judgment, political savvy and political execution, and create worthy of the Party, the people and the achievements of the times with uncompromising, powerful and effective responsibilities.

——坚守初心牢记使命。牢记和践行为中国人民谋幸福、为中华民族谋复兴的初心使命，结合“我为群众办实事”实践活动，深入挖掘塞罕坝精神内涵，将塞罕坝精神植入灵魂血脉、植入高质量发展全过程。牢固树立和践行绿水青山就是金山银山理念，落实好“一张蓝图绘到底、一任接着一任干”的发展思路，发挥好塞罕坝推进生态文明建设的示范作用。

_Stick to the original heart and remember the mission. Keeping in mind and practicing the initial mission of seeking happiness for the Chinese people and rejuvenation for the Chinese nation, combining with the practical activity of "I do practical things for the masses," deeply excavate the spiritual connotation of Saihanba, implant the spirit of Saihanba into the soul and blood, and implant it into the whole process of high-quality development. Firmly establish and practice the green water and green mountains are the golden hills and silver mountains concept, implement the development idea of "drawing a blueprint to the end, one after another," and give full play to the exemplary role of Saihanba in promoting the construction of ecological civilization.

——提高本领勇担重任。紧紧围绕二次创业，坚定实干敢干的决心，强化能干会干的本领，统筹生态保护和产业发展，努力走出一条生态优先、绿色发展的新路子，全面建设新时代塞罕坝生态文明示范区。

_Improve your ability to shoulder heavy responsibilities. Closely focus on the second venture, firm determination to do solid work and dare to do it, strengthen the ability to do it, coordinate ecological protection and industrial development, strive to find a new way of ecological priority and green development, and comprehensively build Saihanba Ecological Civilization Demonstration Zone in the new era.

——强化生物多样性保护。大力营造混交林，积极实施“5+2+3”阔叶树种引进栽植，加快构建针阔混交、异龄复层的林分结构，打造健康稳定、优质高效的森林生态系统。做好自然保护区整合优化工作，加强野生动植物和湿地保护发展。

_Strengthen biodiversity conservation. Efforts will be made to build mixed forests, actively introduce and plant "5+2+3" broad-leaved tree species, accelerate the construction of a stand structure of mixed coniferous and broad-leaved trees and uneven-aged multiple layers, and create a healthy, stable, high-quality and efficient forest ecosystem. Do a good job in the integration and optimization of nature reserves, and strengthen the protection and development of wildlife and wetlands.

——提升森林防灾减灾能力。围绕“12358”防火管理体系，坚持人防、物防、技防相结合，打造“天空地”一体化森林火灾预警监测体系。深入推进林长制，严格火源管控，强化宣传教育，全面排查整改，构建党政同责、部门协同、全域覆盖、全员参与的护林防火机制，构建科学有效的有害生物防控体系。做好雨凇冰冻极端天气应对等工作，力争提供可借鉴经验。

_Enhance forest disaster prevention and mitigation capabilities. Around the "12358" fire prevention management system, adhere to the combination of civil air defense, physical defense and technical defense, and build a "sky and ground" integrated forest fire early warning and monitoring system. Deepen the forest management system, strictly control fire sources, strengthen publicity and education, comprehensively investigate and rectify, establish a forest protection and fire prevention mechanism with the same responsibility of the Party and the government, coordination of departments, full coverage and full participation, and establish a scientific and effective pest prevention and control system. Do a good job in dealing with rime freezing extreme weather and strive to provide reference experience.

——加快实现林草生态价值转化。加强科学研究，科学营造森林，持续提升林木生长量，增强森林固碳能力。创新碳汇项目开发方式，拓宽生态价值转化途径，探索生态价值实现的“塞罕坝路径”，带动塞罕坝机械林场周边区域乃至全省林草碳汇发展，助力乡村振兴。

_Accelerate the transformation of ecological value of forest and grass. Strengthen scientific research, scientifically build forests, continuously improve forest growth and enhance forest carbon sequestration capacity. Innovate the development mode of carbon sink project, broaden the transformation way of ecological value, explore the "Saihanba Path" for realizing ecological value, drive the development of forest and grass carbon sink around Saihanba Mechanical Forest Farm and even the whole province, and assist rural revitalization.

——坚持全面从严治党。抓好党的建设，通过自我革命，锻造一流队伍、创造一流业绩、树立一流形象。做实党建引领，完整、准确、全面贯彻新发展理念。坚守廉洁底线，弘扬清风正气。尽职尽责，勇于担当，以更加强大的前进动力、更加昂扬的奋斗精神、更加坚定的必胜信念，推动塞罕坝创新发展、绿色发展、高质量发展。

Do a good job of Party building, through self-revolution, forge a first-class team, create first-class achievements and establish a first-class image.
