加快建设农业强国是一项长期任务。唐仁健说，当前要把重点放在全面推进乡村振兴上，集中人力投入、物力配置、财力保障，扎实推进乡村产业、人才、文化、生态、组织“五个振兴”。要抓紧研究制定加快建设农业强国规划，细化提出未来5年、2035年、本世纪中叶的目标任务，明确路线图、施工图。

我国粮食产量连续8年稳定在1.3万亿斤以上，特别是去年克服疫情灾情、国际粮价剧烈波动和农资价格高企等多重不利因素，实现丰收增产，为稳经济大盘提供了有力支撑。当前和今后一个时期，稳产保供形势复杂严峻，压力也越来越大。

——全力抓好粮食生产。紧紧围绕确保全国粮食产量保持在1.3万亿斤以上的目标，千方百计稳住面积、主攻单产、力争多增产。开展吨粮田创建，实施大豆玉米单产提升工程，努力提高粮食单产。加力扩种大豆油料，扎实推进大豆玉米带状复合种植，支持东北、黄淮海地区开展粮豆轮作，稳步开发利用盐碱地种植大豆，推行稻油轮作。统筹做好粮食和重要农产品调控，稳定生猪等“菜篮子”产品供应。

唐仁健表示，必须持续压紧压实巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果责任，坚决防止出现整村整乡返贫现象，加快脱贫地区和脱贫群众发展步伐，不断缩小收入差距、发展差距，让脱贫群众生活越过越红火。重点从守底线、促发展两个方面加强部署和落实：
