8月9日9时30分,一列披着56颗星星的红白空轨列车悬浮在蓝色的轨道下缓缓驶出,由江西理工大学牵头,与兴国县人民政府联合中铁六院、中铁工业、国家稀土功能材料创新中心等单位共同完成的永磁磁浮轨道交通工程试验线——“红轨”在赣州市兴国县正式竣工。

记者了解到,该试验线因处于革命老区“将军县”——兴国县,被誉为“红轨”。磁浮列车命名为“兴国号”,两侧车头标有56颗星星,寓意为向“将军县”56位开国将军致以崇高的敬意。
