全国体育局长会议12月27日在京举行。会议以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，全面学习贯彻党的二十大精神，认真贯彻落实习近平总书记关于体育的重要论述，统一思想、凝聚共识，部署2023年体育工作，深化体育改革，奋力开创体育强国建设新局面。总局游泳中心、中国乒协等项目中心、协会积极行动，第一时间传达落实会议精神和部署要求，并表示将立足本职，力争佳绩，全面推进项目发展，努力开创发展新格局。

总局游泳中心副主任、中国游泳协会主席周继红表示，根据全国体育局长会议对2023年各项工作作出的部署和提出的要求，游泳中心在新的一年里要为事业的发展开创新的局面，主要任务是做好两方面工作。一方面是做好世界大赛的备战参赛工作。明年有7月的世锦赛和10月的亚运会两项大赛，是争夺巴黎奥运会参赛资格的关键一年。我们的三支国家队要根据各自面临的局面做好工作：跳水力求巩固优势、游泳力求后继有人、花游力求把握机遇，为国家、为人民赢得更新、更多、更大的荣誉。另一方面是使游泳运动为全民健身再上新台阶作更大贡献。游泳运动群众基础好、参与者众多，是全民健身的主要运动形式之一，在青少年体育、老年人体育和体育产业等领域中占有举足轻重的地位。在国家进入新时代、新阶段的当下，怎样才能让游泳运动为全民健身再上新台阶作更大贡献，是摆在我们面前的重大课题、重要任务，是我们在2023年要认真研究、精准发力的工作内容。

“中国乒协将认真学习贯彻落实全国体育局长会议精神和工作部署，继续为建设体育强国发挥自身作用。”中国乒协主席刘国梁表示，首先，协会将进一步加强政治学习，提高政治站位。以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，在总局党组的领导下，全面准确学习领会党的二十大精神，深刻领会党的二十大主题，深刻领悟“两个确立”的决定性意义，把学习宣传贯彻党的二十大精神作为中国乒乓球界首要政治任务和头等大事。协会将坚决贯彻落实党中央作出的重大决策部署，尤其是关于体育工作部署要求，切实推动乒乓球事业新发展。中国乒协将以杭州亚运会和2024年巴黎奥运会为首要目标，积极备战，不断强化国家队的竞争机制和管理手段，不断总结经验和规律，提升备战的效益，保持稳定的竞技状态。同时，将进一步强化赛风赛纪和反兴奋剂工作，做好参赛人员选拔工作，争取竞技成绩和道德风尚双丰收。
