  • 近日,中央网信办、农业农村部、国家发展改革委、工业和信息化部、国家乡村振兴局联合印发《2022年数字乡村发展工作要点》(下称《工作要点》)。通知要求,坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,全面贯彻党的十九大和十九届历次全会精神,深入贯彻中央经济工作会议、中央农村工作会议精神,认真落实《中共中央 国务院关于做好2022年全面推进乡村振兴重点工作的意见》《数字乡村发展战略纲要》《“十四五”国家信息化规划》,充分发挥信息化对乡村振兴的驱动赋能作用,加快构建引领乡村产业振兴的数字经济体系,构建适应城乡融合发展的数字治理体系,不断推动乡村振兴取得新进展,推动数字中国建设迈出新步伐。

  • 1. 加强农业稳产保供信息监测。强化粮食购销领域数字化监管,加快建设中央和地方政府事权粮食全覆盖、全链条、全过程数字化监管系统。建立健全重要农产品市场监测预警体系,分类分品种加强调控和应急保障。升级完善国省农业气象业务服务一体化平台,推进卫星遥感、土壤水分数据融合等气象监测技术的应用,开展精细化农业气象灾害预报预警,提升粮食安全气象服务保障能力。

  • 10. 提升农产品质量安全追溯数字化水平。完善国家农产品质量安全追溯管理信息平台。持续完善有机产品认证追溯信息系统,进一步优化食品农产品认证信息系统的公众查询服务。引导粮食加工龙头企业、“中国好粮油”示范企业开展质量追溯。加快推进中国农资质量安全追溯平台应用,建设完善全国棉花产业信息平台。
