陕西省安康市平利县森林生态资源优越，全县林地总面积352.63万亩，占全县土地面积的88.82%，其中森林面积283.94万亩，森林覆盖率71.5%。

平利古仙湖国家湿地公园于2015年12月经国家林业和草原局批准，开展试点建设，总面积1276.45公顷，其中湿地面积558.32公顷，湿地率43.7%。平利县坚持全面保护、科学修复、合理利用、持续发展的原则，以环境改善为核心、保护恢复为手段、基础建设为载体、宣传教育为突破，恢复植被2273.7亩，营造鸟类栖息地56亩、小微湿地3.9亩、防护林带9.07公里，绿化河堤13.56公里，拉设防护围栏6.05公里，全面推进湿地公园建设，取得了较好成效。日前，国家林业和草原局公布了2022年国家湿地公园试点验收结果，平利古仙湖国家湿地公园通过验收。

“希望在山，靠山治山养山，山山献宝；致富靠树，栽树管树爱树，树树摇钱。”这是写在平利县长安镇中原村柴家沟大门前的一副对联，是致富带头人华彬带领柴家沟群众把荒山变成“花果山”的真实写照。依托当地的自然环境，从2014年开始，华彬引进“鲁光”和“辽核”等优良核桃品种，发展800余亩核桃园，并大力发展林下经济。2015年，采取“公司+基地+农户”的模式，通过土地流转、入股分红、产品回购等形式，多途径增加群众收入。此外，华彬每年都会召集周边农户现场讲授核桃栽培技术，现场示范指导，手把手传授“秘方”，并对有疑虑的农户实行包种包销。在他的带动下，全村核桃种植面积达到1800余亩，成为带动群众脱贫致富的“金果果”。

In addition, every year, Huabin will convene surrounding farmers to teach walnut cultivation techniques on site, provide on-site demonstration guidance, teach "secret recipes" hand in hand, and implement seed contracting and exclusive marketing for farmers with doubts. Under his leadership, the walnut planting area in the village reached more than 1800 mu, becoming a "golden fruit" that drives the masses to lift themselves out of poverty and become rich.

咬定青山奔富路，山林溢绿更生金。2022年，平利县整合资金1600万元发展林下魔芋6513亩、林下养蜂8086箱、养鸡60542只，实施珙桐基地提质增效1200亩，实施特色经济林低产低效改造5373亩。培育创建省市林业龙头企业4个，积极创建林下经济示范基地、林业产业航母园区、山林经济园区、林果标准化基地。打造林业科技示范点2个、示范面积5500亩，组建培训小分队6个，林业产业培训4000人。
