9月28日，寰球公司广东石化项目120万吨/年乙烯装置裂解气压缩机一次开车成功。

On September 28th, the cracking gas compressor of 1.2 million tons/year ethylene plant of Guangdong Petrochemical Project of Huanqiu Company was successfully started at one time.

裂解气压缩机组是乙烯装置的核心设备，与乙烯压缩机、丙烯压缩机合称为乙烯装置“三机组”。为确保“三机组”一次性开车成功，乙烯分项目部将“三机组”开车工作作为重点施工任务来抓。将“三机组”施工区域划分为党员责任区，成立设备安装党员突击队和“三机组”开车青年突击队，将党支部的战斗堡垒和党员的先锋模范带头作用发挥到施工一线，加强党员同志和施工班组的深度融合，发挥各自优势，建立紧密联系，合力为“三机组”成功开车提供了坚强保障。

压缩机开车前，乙烯分项目部设备专业施工人员对设备的安装状态进行再次确认，反复检查对中参数，并对联轴器和保护罩进行安装；电气仪表专业确认系统调试状态，并将参数设置为空气开车模式；工艺专业对引入的蒸汽状态进行监测；HSE部门负责设置安全警示牌和警戒线，对试车区域进行封闭管理，保证开车现场安全可控。下午3点30分，裂解气压缩机正式启动，业主、监理、设计团队、设备厂家技术指导人员和乙烯项目部施工人员紧盯现场，中控室工作人员对现场进行实时监测，多方紧密配合，反复核查相关参数，压缩机轴承温度、震动、轴位移均符合技术要求，裂解气压缩机一次开车成功。

Before starting the compressor, the professional construction personnel of the ethylene project department reconfirmed the installation status of the equipment, repeatedly checked the alignment parameters, and installed the coupling and protective cover; Electrical instrument professional confirm the system debugging status, and set the parameters to air driving mode; Process professionals to monitor the state of the introduced steam; HSE department shall be responsible for setting safety warning signs and warning lines, sealing and managing the test area to ensure the safety and control of the starting site. At 3:30 PM, the cracking gas compressor was officially started. The owner, supervision team, design team, technical guidance personnel of equipment manufacturer and construction personnel of ethylene project department kept close watch on the site, and the central control room staff carried out real-time monitoring on the site. They cooperated closely with each other and checked related parameters repeatedly. The cracking gas compressor started successfully at first time.

由于乙烯装置裂解气压缩机组施工面临超高压蒸汽管道口径大、管壁厚、作业空间狭小等不利因素影响，配管、法兰面对口等施工难度大大增加。乙烯分项目部通过组织召开“三机组”开车施工研讨会进行周密部署，根据现场施工条件，调配精干施工力量，反复测量，精准调试，加班加点，顺利完成压缩机组无应力配管对口工作。同时，项目部以9月份“质量月”为契机，围绕活动主题对“三机组”开车准备进行了质量专项检查，为此次裂解气压缩机一次开车成功夯实质量基础。

At the same time, the project department took the "Quality Month" in September as an opportunity to carry out a special quality inspection on the start-up preparation of the "three units" around the theme of the activity, so as to consolidate the quality foundation for the successful start-up of the cracking gas compressor.

目前，裂解气压缩机组一次开车成功，正式投入装置吹扫，寰球六建乙烯项目部参建人员会继续跟进乙烯压缩机和丙烯压缩机开车准备，确保后续开车持续稳定。
