福建建宁推进松材线病防治

今年以来，福建省三明市建宁县林业局持续抓好松材线虫病防治，落实松林除治性采伐改造和各项持续控制措施，力争做到疫点数量不增加、疫情发生面积不增加。

Since the beginning of this year, jianning County Forestry Bureau in Sanming City, Fujian Province, has continued to do a good job in the prevention and control of pine wood nematode disease, implementing the transformation of pine forest elimination logging and various continuous control measures, and striving to ensure that the number of epidemic points and the area of the epidemic does not increase.

一是做好除治性采伐。除治山场疫木运输均按要求建立台账，并落实好枝丫清理、疫木除害处理等防治措施，目前已完成全部6个疫点小班362亩除治性采伐、疫木运输及除治山场清理工作。

First, to do a good job of curative cutting. A ledger has been set up for the transport of epidemic-stricken trees in the epidemic-stricken mountain farm as required, and the prevention and control measures such as branch cleaning and epidemic-stricken trees treatment have been implemented. So far, 362 mu of epidemic-stricken trees cutting, epidemic-stricken trees transport and epidemic-stricken mountain farm cleaning have been completed in all six small classes of epidemic-stricken mountain farms.

二是落实松枯死木清理。2021年松材线虫病秋季普查至今，共调查发现松枯死木863株，目前已完成松枯死木清理863株，完成率达100%。

三是强化疫木除害处理。按照松材线虫病防治要求，选择固定疫木除害处理点，所有调入疫木已建立台账，并严格按规定对疫木进行除害处理，其他非疫木除害处理点（企业）不得调入松木。

Third, strengthening the treatment of epidemic wood. According to the prevention and control requirements of pine wood nematode disease, select fixed infested wood treatment sites, all infested wood has been established, and strictly in accordance with the provisions of infested wood treatment sites, other non-infested wood treatment sites (enterprises) shall not be transferred into pine.

四是加强疫木监管。强化疫木监管制度宣传，开展房前屋后松薪材清理、疫木运输标记与流向管理专项行动，要求采伐疫木运出山场堆头，两头喷红漆标记，凭《松材线虫病疫木检疫处理通知单》调运至疫木除害处理点。同时，定期开展检疫执法专项检查，及时查处违法调运行为，防范疫病传播。2022年检疫执法专项行动共查处检疫违法案件2起，处罚金额4000元。

It requires that the cut infested trees be transported out of the mountain yard and piled up, with red paint marking at both ends, and transported to the infested trees by the Quarantine Treatment Notice of Infested trees of Infested pine wood Nematode. At the same time, special inspection of quarantine law enforcement will be carried out regularly to investigate and punish illegal transportation and prevent the spread of disease. In 2022, the special quarantine law enforcement action investigated and dealt with 2 quarantine illegal cases, and the penalty amount was 4,000 YUAN.
