眼下，甘肃省兰州市榆中县南部山区的高原夏菜陆续进入采收期，从县城前往新营镇刘家湾村的路上，依山排列的菜畦错落有致，绿意盎然。

榆中气候冷凉、光照充足，是高原夏菜的核心产区之一。榆中县农业农村局干部刘明亮介绍，目前全县85%的行政村都种植高原夏菜，有菜花、甘蓝等30多个品种，年产量近80万吨。

李云飞是2017年开始种植菜花的。政府发放种子、化肥、地膜等生产资料，并全程提供技术指导。5年后，刚开始没经验的李云飞，如今已是“老把式”，并通过土地流转，将种植规模扩大到23亩。“每亩收入约5000元，全年收入不下11万元。”李云飞说。

李云飞一家的变化，是榆中县农民依靠特色产业致富的缩影。2021年，榆中县高原夏菜种植面积超过36万亩，产值达19亿元，带动全县6万多户农民增收致富，占农户数量的60%。“高原夏菜已成为榆中地方优势特色主导产业，农民人均纯收入的1/3来自蔬菜产业。”刘明亮说，按照每年净增1万亩的速度，今年全县蔬菜种植面积有望再创新高。

近年来，随着高原夏菜种植面积持续增加，榆中县农业用水矛盾逐渐凸显。“我们这里年平均降水量才350毫米，蒸发量却达1400毫米，这倒逼我们大力发展节水农业。”县农技推广中心蔬菜站站长杨海兴表示。

走进康源现代农业有限公司的智能蔬菜大棚，棚内高约1.2米处，白色方管悬空而置，生长其上的生菜排布整齐，碧绿水灵。杨海兴介绍，菜棚中有自动水循环设备，植物生长所需的营养元素可以直接送达蔬菜根部。“只需根据作物生长的不同阶段，适时人工补充肥料，就可以实现精细化管理。”杨海兴打开手机给我们算，无土栽培一茬蔬菜，亩均耗水约15立方米，比起大田种植，节水达80%以上。

“不仅节水，水培种植因光照可控、施肥精准、病虫害少，蔬菜品质鲜嫩，口感清脆，市场前景也更好。”杨海兴介绍，榆中县现在不少速生叶菜已“住”进温室大棚，全县目前有蔬菜大棚超过2万座，覆盖面积1.6万多亩。

引进技术添活力，走出县域打品牌。榆中发挥地域特色，成功培育“兰州高原夏菜”品牌，组织引导农产品供应商和流通企业，赴上海、广东、海南等省份，参加中国国际消费品博览会、东西部协作津甘消费帮扶对接活动等，推介高原夏菜，有效拓宽了销售渠道。

兰州国际高原夏菜副食品采购中心位于榆中县定远镇，2013年成立，入驻蔬菜批发商户400余家，流动商户约500家，2019年以来每年向全国销售蔬菜150万吨，交易额45亿元，已成为以兰州市为中心、辐射西北5省份的蔬菜一级物流和集散中心。“榆中生产的高原夏菜，90%运往南方市场，最快60个小时就能到达粤港澳大湾区市民的餐桌上。”刘明亮说。

Lanzhou International Plateau Summer Vegetable Non-staple Food Purchasing Center is located in Dingyuan Town, Yuzhong County. "90% of the plateau summer vegetables produced in Yuzhong are transported to the southern market and can reach the dining tables of the citizens of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao in 60 hours at the fastest." Liu Mingliang said.

近年来，榆中县围绕高原夏菜特色产业，培育扶持60多家农业产业化企业，上游建设育苗基地，下游拓展精深加工，产业链条不断完善。榆中县委相关负责人表示，“未来，我们将加快建设高标准农田，配套节水灌溉工程，进一步提升蔬菜品质，打造高原夏菜优势产业集群。”
