该段结合季节天气、运行交路、增开列车等情况，进一步加强安全风险研判，细化《汛期非正常应急处置办法》《作业指导书》《动车组作业标准》等安全卡控措施。该段各运用车间以安全知识、作业标准、规章制度等内容为重点，通过课堂讲解、抽考答题等方式，开展技术业务专项培训。他们利用模拟驾驶系统，针对水漫钢轨、异物侵线、大风晃车等场景，组织开展模拟演练，不断强化机车乘务员对汛期行车安全措施、非正常行车处置办法等内容的掌握，切实提高机车乘务员行车应变能力。

该段各检修、整备车间结合机车整备、小辅修、中修等有利时机，对该段配属的164台机车进行全面“体检”，严把机车“病灶”诊断关，紧盯机车活件的报送、施修、验收环节，对机车车顶高压设备、走行部、制动系统等部位以及季节性故障、惯性故障进行重点检查整修，发现作用不良立即提票施修，全力确保机车健康上线。
