为深入贯彻“人民城市”建设要求，紧紧围绕芜湖城市品质提升，提高园林整形修剪水平，增强园林植物的观赏性，全面打造园林小区、园林单位和园林城市风貌，9月23日，市园林管理处和市园林协会组织举办园林“绿化修剪”专题科普培训。此次培训采取室内理论培训+室外实操演练相结合的方式进行，来自我市主城区40多名园林工人参加。

The training was carried out in a combination of indoor theoretical training and outdoor practical exercise, and more than 40 garden workers from the main urban area of our city participated.

本次培训特邀芜湖职业技术学院园林园艺学院院长朱志国教授进行理论培训授课。朱志国结合多年教学经验与现场实践，本着“因地制宜、兼顾美观”的原则，从修剪整形的原则入手，分别对乔木、花灌木、绿篱、藤本等不同植物的修剪方法，以及修剪间隔时间、技术步骤等方面，特别对行道树日常整形修剪的知识进行了详细讲解，从系统的角度构架专业知识框架，为下一步实践运用打下坚实基础。同时强调坚决杜绝“断头修剪”等不当行为发生。

At the same time, it is emphasized that improper behaviors such as "decapitation and pruning" should be resolutely eliminated.

如何有效提升园林工人对植物整形修剪的能力？除了要掌握植物生理和修剪特性的理论，更要注重现场的实际操作。上午理论知识学习完毕后，下午由芜湖城市园林集团高级技师盛二虎老师带领培训人员来到凤鸣湖南路指定区域。在规定时间内分成三个代表队通过内部分工协作，各自修剪一段长约30米的绿化带，包含球类、绿篱、小灌木等修剪项目，并由专家组成三人评委小组，进行现场检验。根据整体美观度、修剪合理度、球类圆弧度、场地清理情况等综合因素评分，各区修剪水平难分伯仲，最终鸠江区获得成绩最佳。与此同时，盛老师还就园林工人在修剪中遇到的问题逐一解答、示范。

After the theoretical knowledge was learned in the morning, Sheng Erhu, senior technician of Wuhu City Garden Group, led the trainers to the designated area of Fengming Hunan Road in the afternoon. Divide into three teams to trim a section of green belt about 30 meters long, including balls, hedges, small shrubs and other pruning projects, through internal division of labor and cooperation within the specified time, and form a three member panel of experts to conduct on-site inspection. According to the comprehensive factors such as the overall beauty, the reasonableness of trimming, the arc of ball games, and the site cleaning, the trimming level of each area is difficult to score, and finally Jiujiang District gets the best result. At the same time, Mr. Sheng also answered and demonstrated the problems that garden workers encountered in trimming one by one.

市园林管理处有关负责人表示，希望通过此次修剪培训，提高我市主城区一线园林工人绿化修剪水平，做到规范操作，科学修剪，心中有形、手下出形，逐步把精细化养护推向更高的水平，以绣花精神助力芜湖市园林绿化品质提升。
