山东枣庄召开林业公安联席工作会

为落实“林长+检察长+警长”工作机制，共同做好破坏森林资源案件查处及森林防火工作，1月29日，山东省枣庄市林业和绿化局、市公安局组织召开林业、公安联席会议。会上，林业部门、公安部门分别通报了2022年打击破坏森林和野生动植物资源犯罪、打击违规野外用火的工作情况，分析了存在的问题短板和原因，互相交流经验并达成共识。

At the meeting, the forestry department and the public security department respectively reported on the work of cracking down on crimes of destroying forest and wild animal and plant resources and cracking down on illegal wildland fire in 2022, analyzed the shortcomings and causes of existing problems, exchanged experience and reached consensus.

一是提高政治站位，联合开展涉林涉法宣传。牢固树立和践行绿水青山就是金山银山的理念，围绕林业执法和涉林法律法规宣传开展工作。将于近期联合组织一次专项宣传活动，重点对《森林法》《湿地法》《野生动物保护法》《刑法》涉林内容、《枣庄市环城绿道管理条例》等法律法规开展宣传，着重在以案释法、以案普法方面加大力度，以身边的案例教育广大群众，自觉遵守林业法律法规。

二是优化完善协作机制，打造新的合作格局。持续贯彻落实《关于建立“林长+检察长+警长”工作机制的意见》，进一步完善机制，加强沟通协调，在开展联合调查、联合执法、行刑衔接、联合督办、森林防火、信息共享等方面挖掘合作空间，探索新途径，通力协作保护森林生态。

三是着力创新创优，提升联合执法能力。在联合打击破坏森林资源、遏制野生动植物犯罪、森林防火等方面加强对证据收集、现场勘查、立案标准、依法处罚、案件移送等方式方法的研究，不断创新工作机制。联合开展执法办案相关业务知识培训，交流森林资源监管和打击涉林违法犯罪的经验体会，提升执法人员业务素质和办案水平。
