创兴班组以围绕“抓作风、强三基、守底线”，以安全生产为主题，从思想与行动两方面着手，结合实际工作，通过对安全生产法规及文件全员宣贯强调，安全生产案例的剖析警示教育，民航安全生产宣传视频观看等方式，对全员进行警示教育，强化自身思想意识，确保安全生产工作中员工思想到位、意识到位、行动到位。

创兴班组针对技能提升方面，还组织班级内部的技能培训和技能考核，内容涵盖了机场货邮安检作业的理论知识、证件检查、人身检查、开箱（包）检查、X射线机检查等日常工作项目。在考核中，创兴班组秉承着以实战出发，切实提高全员的技能水平为出发点，加大违禁物品的数量以及种类，还结合实际情况增加化妆品充电宝和多功能点烟器等新型违禁品，并将日常的生活物品改装成违禁品，以此确保技能提升落到实处。
