The added value in the first half of the year increased by 15.1%, of which power battery, crystalline silicon photovoltaic, vanadium and titanium, and computer communication industries increased by 152.5%, 74.3%, 32.1%, and 17.8% respectively.
绿色发展底色鲜明。随着乌东德、白鹤滩等大型水电站建成投用，四川已建水电装机容量、发电量和天然气产量均居全国首位，清洁能源装机突破1亿千瓦，占比提高到85%以上。10年来四川“西电东送”相当于11个三峡水电站年发电量，“川气东输”累计1382亿立方米。

西成客专、成贵客专建成通车，成渝客专提质改造工程顺利完成，成达万、成自宜、成渝中线、渝昆等高铁开工建设，川藏铁路建设稳步推进，西部陆海新通道建设扎实推进，铁路运营里程达5687公里。
Xi'an-chengdu passenger dedicated line and Chengdu Guiyang passenger dedicated line were completed and opened to traffic. 双流国际机场开通国际航线数量达131条，10年间新增民用运输机场6个。去年6月，天府国际机场建成投运，与双流国际机场实现“两场一体”运营，成都成为继北京、上海后全国第三个拥有双国际机场的城市，今年上半年旅客吞吐量居全国第一。

四川深入践行以人民为中心的发展思想。这十年，财政民生支出占比每年稳定在65%以上，教育、医疗、养老、社会保障等公共服务全面加强。全民医保基本实现，基本养老保险参保人数达6456.5万人。城镇新增就业年均增长超100万人，城乡居民人均可支配收入分别从20180元、7432元增至41444元、17575元，均实现翻番。

四川举全省之力打赢精准脱贫攻坚战，625万建档立卡贫困人口全部脱贫，11501个贫困村全部退出，88个贫困县全部摘帽，区域性整体贫困得到解决，绝对贫困全面消除。尤其在曾经“一步跨千年”的凉山彝区和涉藏州县，实现了从贫穷落后到全面小康新的历史性跨越。2020年全省贫困家庭人均纯收入达9480元，是2013年的3.4倍，群众生活发生巨大的变化。
