近些年来，在福建省交通运输厅党组的领导下，福建省交通运输厅运输事业发展中心探索党建与业务融合新模式。“党建与业务的融合发展，是一篇前后相续的大文章。‘前半篇’重在找准党建与业务的契合点，推动二者融合；‘后半篇’重在形成工作机制，推动二者双向互促。”该中心负责人说。

“以问题为导向顺应民心，既是‘五心党建’工作机制的第一‘心’，也是党建与业务深度融合的关键所在。” 针对群众反映的运输方式衔接不畅、换乘不便等问题，福建省各级道路运输部门以“三个转变”破解群众出行难题。
