  • 日前,从吉林石化传出好消息,继2023年末成功开发出高强中模型大丝束碳纤维新产品后,经过科研人员一年多的不懈努力,产品优良品率超过90%,标志着质量稳定性攻关取得重大突破。
    Recently, good news came from Jilin Petrochemical. After successfully developing a new high-strength, medium-model, large-tow carbon fiber product at the end of 2023, after more than a year of unremitting efforts by scientific researchers, the product's excellent rate exceeded 90%, marking a major breakthrough in the research and development of quality stability.
  • 高强中模型大丝束碳纤维作为中国石油集团公司重大科技项目,备受上级的高度关注。为加快推进项目攻关,吉林石化碳纤维采取非常规手段,调动所有科研力量全力开展攻关。技术骨干24小时值守现场,及时跟踪运行状态,随时记录指标参数变化情况;每晚18点召开攻关会,对当天的数据进行汇总分析,总结攻关中所遇到的问题,研讨确定下一步调整方向。
    As a major scientific and technological project of China National Petroleum Corporation, high-strength medium-model large-tow carbon fiber has received great attention from superiors. In order to speed up the project research, Jilin Petrochemical Carbon Fiber has adopted unconventional means and mobilized all scientific research forces to carry out research. Technical backbones are on duty at the site 24 hours a day, tracking the operation status in time, and recording the changes in index parameters at any time; a research meeting is held at 18:00 every night to summarize and analyze the data of the day, summarize the problems encountered in the research, and discuss and determine the next adjustment direction.

    The research team gave full play to the team's strength, constantly explored and innovated in scientific research practice, and did their best in every link and every step, including research on the mechanism of the tow, characterization analysis, and on-site control. During the research, the team worked together to timely analyze and judge abnormal conditions such as fluctuations in indicators, broken wires, and twisted wires in each unit. Through exchanges with universities and research institutes, as well as searching for information and literature to expand their thinking, they successfully solved one problem after another with tenacity and perseverance, clearing every obstacle on the road to research.
  • 聚合是碳纤维生产的龙头,聚合液的粘度和分子量决定着丝束的拉伸强度等重要指标。为了实现精准控温,技术人员绞尽脑汁,查阅历史数据、分析各种原因,每天跟踪加料配料及反应变化,将所有影响聚合反应的因素降到最低,使聚合控温达到了±0.5℃范围内,保证了聚合的稳定。在原丝卷绕过程中经常产生毛丝,于是攻关团队针对问题进行了全面分析,并探索增设除静电设施,一举解决了长期困扰的难题,原丝收率也大幅提升。然而,为了突破技术瓶颈,攻关团队的每一名成员却付出了大量的时间和精力,他们放弃节假日休息和家人团聚,日夜坚守在攻关现场,甚至每天仅能睡上3、4个小时。自2024年以来,团队成员已累计献工9300余小时。
    Polymerization is the leader in carbon fiber production. The viscosity and molecular weight of the polymerization liquid determine important indicators such as the tensile strength of the tow. In order to achieve precise temperature control, the technicians racked their brains, consulted historical data, analyzed various reasons, tracked the addition of ingredients and reaction changes every day, and minimized all factors affecting the polymerization reaction, so that the polymerization temperature control reached the range of ±0.5°C, ensuring the stability of the polymerization. During the winding process of the original yarn, hairy yarns are often produced, so the research team conducted a comprehensive analysis of the problem and explored the addition of anti-static facilities, which solved the long-standing problem in one fell swoop, and the original yarn yield was greatly improved. However, in order to break through the technical bottleneck, every member of the research team has devoted a lot of time and energy. They gave up holidays and family reunions, and stayed at the research site day and night, and even slept only 3 or 4 hours a day. Since 2024, team members have contributed more than 9,300 hours of work.
