6月9日，教育部党组理论学习中心组举行集体学习会，深入学习领会习近平总书记关于加强党的作风建设的重要论述和在河南等地考察时重要讲话精神，学习《党的十八大以来深入贯彻中央八项规定精神的成效和经验》《八项规定改变中国》，学习新修订的《党政机关厉行节约反对浪费条例》，落实中央关于集中整治违规吃喝的部署要求，以近期典型案例为镜鉴，严于律己、严负其责、严管所辖，推动学习教育走深走实。教育部党组书记、部长怀进鹏主持学习会，部党组成员作交流发言。

.On June 9th, the Theoretical Learning Center of the Party Group of the Ministry of Education held a collective learning meeting to deeply study and understand General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on strengthening the construction of the Party's work style and the spirit of important speeches during inspections in Henan and other places. They also studied the achievements and experiences of deeply implementing the spirit of the Central Eight point Regulation since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Eight point Regulation to Change China. They studied the newly revised Regulations on Party and Government Organs Practicing Frugality and Opposing Waste, implemented the central deployment requirements for centralized rectification of illegal eating and drinking, and used recent typical cases as a mirror to strictly discipline themselves, take responsibility, and manage their jurisdiction, promoting the deepening and implementation of learning and education. Huai Jinpeng, Secretary of the Party Group and Minister of the Ministry of Education, presided over the learning session, and members of the Party Group of the Ministry made exchange speeches.

怀进鹏指出，党的十八大以来，以习近平同志为核心的党中央从制定和落实中央八项规定开局破题，以钉钉子精神纠治“四风”，党风政风社风焕然一新，党心军心民心高度凝聚。要深入学习习近平总书记关于加强党的作风建设的重要论述和中央八项规定及其实施细则精神，深入贯彻中央八项规定精神的显著成效和宝贵经验，进一步筑牢作风建设思想根基。要深刻领悟习近平总书记的重要论述生动彰显我们党的强大真理力量和强大人格力量，进一步增强坚定拥护“两个确立”、坚决做到“两个维护”的高度自觉；深刻领悟保持党同人民群众的血肉联系是我们党立于不败之地的根基，提升群众教育获得感、幸福感；深刻领悟贯彻落实中央八项规定精神是推进自我革命的有效途径，纵深推进教育系统全面从严治党。

怀进鹏强调，要聚焦突出问题一体推进学查改，不断推动学习教育走深走实。要提升学的质量，及时跟进学习习近平总书记关于开展学习教育的重要讲话精神，深刻认识违规吃喝、侵害群众利益、铺张浪费问题的政治危害，深刻认识“四风”问题的顽固性和反复性，增强贯彻落实中央八项规定精神的自觉性和坚定性。要加大查的力度，开展直属系统集中整治，对顶风违规吃喝的人和事严查快办，顶格处理。对照违规吃喝集中整治的7个方面重点任务、《党政机关厉行节约反对浪费条例》和典型案例，逐一从严查摆，动态更新问题清单，立行立改，响鼓重锤，强化震慑效应。要拓展改的成效，对整改落实情况进行跟踪问效，对整改不力、敷衍塞责的严肃问责，推进作风建设常态化长效化。

Huai Jinpeng emphasized the need to focus on prominent issues and promote the integration of learning, examination, and reform, continuously pushing for deeper and more practical learning and education. To improve the quality of learning, we must promptly follow up on the important speech of General Secretary Xi Jinping on carrying out learning and education, deeply understand the political harm of illegal eating and drinking, infringement of the interests of the masses, and extravagance and waste, deeply recognize the stubbornness and repetitiveness of the "Four Winds" problem, and enhance the consciousness and firmness of implementing the spirit of the Central Eight point Regulation. We need to increase the intensity of the investigation, carry out centralized rectification of the directly affiliated system, strictly investigate and handle people and things who violate the rules by eating and drinking against the wind, and deal with them in a timely manner. By comparing the seven key tasks of the concentrated rectification of illegal eating and drinking, the "Regulations on Implementing Frugality and Opposing Waste in Party and Government Organs", and typical cases, we will conduct strict inspections, dynamically update the list of problems, implement immediate reforms, and strengthen the deterrent effect one by one. To expand the effectiveness of rectification, track and hold accountable the implementation of rectification, hold accountable those who fail to rectify and are perfunctory, and promote the normalization and long-term development of work style construction

怀进鹏强调，今年是教育系统实干年，要坚持两手抓、两促进，以优良作风强化攻坚克难能力、推动重点工作突破、提升教育治理效能，以作风建设新成效赋能教育强国建设。
