有意报名的考生，须登录阳光高考信息平台https://gaokao.chsi.com.cn/gxzxbm/，按系统提示提交相关报名材料，报名的考生需符合生源所在地的报考条件。
Candidates who intend to register must log in to the Sunshine College Entrance Examination Information Platform https://gaokao.chsi.com.cn/gxzxbm/, and submit relevant registration materials according to the system prompts. Candidates who register must meet the application conditions of the students' location.

有关高校公布招生简章，考生完成报名申请

答：高校专项计划报考学生须同时具备下列三项基本条件：

答：高校专项计划(农村学生单独招生)实施区域由有关省(区、市)根据教育部文件要求，结合本地实际情况确定。考生可根据各省市招办发布的相关规定，查看具体实施区域。

高校专项计划如何录取？
How to admit the special program of colleges and universities?
答：入选高校专项计划资格的考生均须参加高考，单报志愿，依据考生高考成绩和填报志愿进行录取。录取分数原则上不低于有关高校普通类招生所在批次录取控制分数线。高校专项计划录取办法由有关高校确定并在招生简章中明确，志愿填报方式、填报时间等以当地省级招生考试机构规定为准。
