今年春季开学以来，教育部部署各地各高校抓住促就业工作攻坚期，印发系列政策文件，推出促就业增量政策举措，强化就业优先导向，全力开拓市场化社会化就业渠道，挖掘基层就业空间，做实做细就业指导帮扶等，全力促进2025届高校毕业生高质量充分就业。

不久前，教育部印发通知，部署各地各高校开展2025届高校毕业生就业“百日冲刺”行动，加力挖潜拓展就业岗位，加强毕业生就业观念引导，精准做好就业指导服务。

早在今年3月，教育部便印发通知，部署开展2025届高校毕业生“春季促就业攻坚行动”，引导高校毕业生积极主动求职，加力加快就业工作进程。4月，人力资源社会保障部、教育部、财政部联合印发通知指出，对招用毕业年度及离校两年内未就业高校毕业生的社会组织，可参照企业享受一次性就业补助政策；对吸纳高校毕业生就业的国有企业，延续实施一次性增人增资政策。

一方面，教育部推动各地持续拓展市场性岗位，促进人岗对接。充分发挥校园招聘主渠道作用，持续实施万企进校园计划，加大中小企业、民营企业进校招聘力度，主动邀请民营企业进校招聘，支持院系开展小而精、专而优的专场招聘活动。今年以来，教育部主动对接经济大省和吸纳就业大省，联合行业部门和地方政府开展区域性“千校万企供需对接会”和行业性“千行万业系列招聘会”12场，直接提供岗位超35万个。

加强就业指导服务是教育系统做好毕业生就业工作的重要抓手，有助于毕业生明确职业意向、提早做好就业准备、提升就业竞争力。

为此，面向新兴产业急需的知识和技能要求，教育部部署实施了高校学生就业能力提升“双千”计划，推动全国范围内开设1000个微专业(或专业课程群)和1000个职业能力培训课程，助力毕业生补齐知识和技能结构短板，提升就业竞争力。

To meet the urgent knowledge and skill requirements of emerging industries, the Ministry of Education has deployed and implemented the "Double Thousand" plan to enhance the employment ability of college students, promoting the establishment of 1000 micro majors (or professional course groups) and 1000 vocational ability training courses nationwide, helping graduates fill the gaps in knowledge and skill structure, and enhance their employment competitiveness.

为做好困难群体毕业生兜底保障，教育部印发工作通知，实施2025年“宏志助航计划”培训，指导各地各高校通过开展线下集中培训、线上网络培训和专场招聘等活动帮助困难群体高校毕业生提升就业能力、尽早落实去向。同时，要求各地教育部门和高校要认真落实“一对一”帮扶责任，对有就业意愿但尚未落实毕业去向的困难群体毕业生，建立实名帮扶台账，推荐3至5个匹配度高的有效就业岗位。

此外，教育部还注重强化毕业生就业观念引导，深入开展就业育人系列活动，加强毕业生就业指导和服务，举办第二届全国大学生职业规划大赛，累计报名学生1507万人。教育部国家大学生就业服务平台持续推出系列“互联网+就业指导”公益直播课，截至5月19日面向2025届毕业生共直播16场，累计观看人次超过1516万。
