After the full opening of the G3012 Turpan-Hotan Expressway, long-distance freight and passenger vehicles between northern and southern Xinjiang switched to the expressway. The expressway network, offering higher efficiency and better road conditions, greatly diverted the heavy traffic flow from National Highway 314. Almost overnight, the once-bustling national highway fell silent, with few heavy trucks and commercial vehicles passing by. At almost the same time, the rapid popularization of new energy vehicles and the accelerated substitution of clean energy put continuous pressure on the traditional refined oil market. Under this dual impact, Hongqipo Station's operating conditions deteriorated sharply.
繁华落幕，沉寂来袭。曾经终日忙碌的加油岛变得空旷冷清，频繁起落的加油枪渐渐静默，站内日均车流断崖式下跌，销售量持续走低。最艰难的时期，站点年成品油销量锐减至2000吨左右，不足巅峰时期的五分之一。

On one occasion, he spent three consecutive days visiting a large logistics fleet. The person in charge remained hesitant, concerned about the new station's equipment stability and refueling service reliability, repeatedly declining cooperation. Even the user company's staff felt sorry for him and privately advised Hu Yongbin to give up, but he refused to concede. On the fourth morning, he waited early at the logistics park entrance, communicating with departing drivers one by one, patiently explaining PetroChina's "brand story" and supply guarantee capabilities, promoting our advantages in service, pricing, and management, and voluntarily committing to priority refueling for the fleet and 24-hour convenience services. 管理经验虽然丰富，但是LNG业务对胡永斌这个资深站经理来说，确实是一个全新的甚至是空白的领域，面临着不小的困难和挑战。“不会就学，不懂就问，反正必须得把新业务拿下来!”LNG设备调试期间，他全程驻守现场，年过五十的他，跟着年轻技术人员熬夜钻研设备原理、熟记操作规范、排查安全隐患，厚厚的操作规程被他翻得卷边，密密麻麻的笔记写了不知多少。他说：“我是站经理，更是老党员，新业务我先学、难题我先上，才能带着大家干得好!”

长途货车大多夜间通行、凌晨加气，为抢抓客流，何海龙常常主动上全站最难、最熬人的夜班。今年早春的一个深夜，戈壁狂风大作、气温骤降，一辆重型半挂车缓缓驶入站区。彼时已是凌晨三点，寒风刺骨、沙尘漫天，何海龙顶着大风上前引导车辆、规范加气。加注过程中，他发现司机面色疲惫、手脚冰凉，加气结束后，他主动递上一杯滚烫的热水，又跑前跑后地帮司机泡上一桶热气腾腾的泡面，贴心叮嘱司机注意行车安全。
Long-haul trucks mostly travel at night and refuel in the early morning hours. To capture these customers, He Hailong often voluntarily took the most difficult and exhausting night shifts at the station. “跑遍西北这么多加气站，真就没见过这么贴心的员工!都知道LNG大车加一次液能跑好久，下次来不知道得是什么时候了，可在这个站，根本没有那种‘一锤子买卖’的感觉!”司机的由衷夸赞，是对何海龙二十年坚守最好的认可。日复一日，他用细微暖心的服务积攒客户、留住口碑，越来越多货车司机宁愿绕道，也要来红旗坡站加液休憩。

After a difficult transformation and business restructuring, Hongqipo Station completely emerged from its sales trough, achieving a magnificent rebirth. Today, the station's average daily LNG sales are stable at around 30 tons, while also driving sales of oil products and non-fuel businesses. In the past July, Hongqipo Fuel Station's oil product sales grew 5% year-on-year, non-fuel revenue grew nearly 50%, and non-fuel gross profit surged 63%. Oil, gas, and non-fuel businesses truly achieved complementary growth and steady improvement. By the end of July, the station had completed 93.48% of its annual gas business target, exceeding the schedule by 35.15 percentage points. Based on the current encouraging business trend, the station's annual oil and gas equivalent is expected to once again exceed the 10,000-ton mark!
