清晨,大别山深处,国网安徽金寨抽水蓄能电站上水库波光荡漾,水流涌动。伴着水库水位逐渐升高,电站机组静静地等候用电高峰的到来,蓄能待发。

“如果4台机组满抽,6个小时就能蓄满上水库,给金寨电站这个‘超级充电宝’充进700多万度电。”国网安徽金寨抽水蓄能有限公司董事长朱安平介绍,在用电高峰时,电站会根据电网调度指令启动机组,从上水库向下水库放水发电,保障电力供应、维护电网平衡。

目前,储能主要包括抽水蓄能和新型储能两类方式。其中,抽水蓄能是目前技术最成熟、经济性最优的储能技术,适合规模化开发建设。新型储能则是指除抽水蓄能外,以电力为主要输出形式的各类储能技术,包含锂离子电池、压缩空气储能、机械储能等。

“新型储能响应速度快、调节精度高,且布局灵活、建设周期较短,但受到成本、安全性等因素制约。”中国电力科学研究院首席技术专家惠东介绍,抽水蓄能具有容量大、可靠性高、经济性好、应用技术成熟等优势,在保障大电网安全、促进新能源消纳中发挥重要作用,但也受选址条件高、建设周期长等因素限制。

前不久,河北省承德市大山深处,国网河北丰宁抽水蓄能电站6号机组正式投产发电。据介绍,该电站在装机容量、储能能力、地下厂房规模、地下洞室群规模方面创下4个“世界第一”,书写了中国抽水蓄能发展史上的多个纪录,创造了抽蓄建设的奇迹。

长400多米、宽25米、内高50多米的地下厂房建于6条双向水道上方,在厂房中央,12台发电机组一字排开,连接地下输水系统。“抽水时用电驱动水泵,发电时则由势能推动水轮机发电,一台机组兼具抽水和发电功能。机组可以在5分钟内由满负荷抽水转变为满负荷发电。”国网河北丰宁抽水蓄能有限公司副总经理吴培枝说,2021年12月,电站首批机组投产发电,接入张北柔性直流电网,在源头上降低了新能源发电的波动性。这不但开创了抽水蓄能发展史上的先河,也为破解新能源大规模开发利用提供了宝贵的“中国方案”。截至目前,丰宁电站已累计投产机组10台,装机容量达300万千瓦。

This not only pioneered the history of pumped storage development, but also provided a valuable "China Plan" for cracking the large-scale development and utilization of new energy. Up to now, Fengning Power Station has put into operation 10 units with an installed capacity of 3 million kilowatts.
国网新源集团基建部主任张学清介绍,中国抽水蓄能在水库防渗、高水头压力管道、复杂地质地下洞室群等方面达到了国际先进或领先水平,机组朝着大容量、高水头、高转速、可变速方向发展。中国电力企业联合会提供的数据显示,截至2022年底,中国抽水蓄能总装机规模达4579万千瓦,是2012年底的2.2倍以上,规模居世界首位。

“3号主变压器受电一次性通过!”近日,在工作人员的阵阵欢呼声中,位于河南省南阳市南召县的国网天池抽水蓄能电站3号主变压器顺利投运。笔者了解到,天池抽水蓄能电站主变器位于地下厂房,因主变压器单件运输最重、安装工艺要求高、安装时受空间限制大,被认为是整个地下厂房机电设备安装技术难度最大的设备之一。

“必须严格执行3号主变冲击试验方案。”国网天池抽水蓄能电站运维检修部专责徐志壮说,3号主变送电冲击前,天池电站严格执行送电冲击试验作业二级风险管控措施,抽调各方参建人员按照试验方案配置人员,指派中控室人员汇总信息并现场调度、调试人员现场指挥,确保各区域人员做好设备检查、保护检测、状态巡视等协调配合。经过连续120分钟的冲击试验,3号主变差动保护躲过励磁涌流的性能最终得到验证。

据悉,为做好储能项目并网工作,国网湖南电力主动对接项目建设开发主体,确保早并网、早投产。预计到6月底,湖南将新增各类新型储能装机1000兆瓦,有效保障今夏湖南电网平稳运行。
