大家上午好！很高兴与各位新老朋友共同出席第22届中国－东盟博览会和中国－东盟商务与投资峰会。首先，我谨代表中国政府，对这次博览会和峰会的召开表示热烈祝贺！对出席会议的各国领导人和嘉宾表示诚挚欢迎！
Good morning , everyone! It is a great pleasure to attend the 22nd China-ASEAN Expo and China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit with old and new friends. First of all, on behalf of the Chinese government, I would like to express my warm congratulations on the convening of this Expo and Summit , and a sincere welcome to the leaders and guests of various countries present here !
中国与东盟国家山水相连、人文相通，友好交往源远流长。2021年，习近平主席提出共建和平、安宁、繁荣、美丽、友好“五大家园”，为中国东盟合作擘画崭新蓝图、指明前进方向。在双方领导人战略引领下，近年来中国东盟全面战略伙伴关系持续深化。中国视东盟为周边外交优先方向，始终坚定支持东盟在区域架构中的中心地位，不断深化与东盟国家战略互信，推动构建更为紧密的中国－东盟命运共同体。中国－东盟关系已成为亚太区域合作中最为成功和最具活力的典范，成为推动构建人类命运共同体的生动例证。
China and ASEAN countries are geographically connected and culturally linked , and have a long history of friendly exchanges. In 2021, President Xi Jinping proposed to jointly build the "five homes" of peace, tranquility, prosperity, beauty and amity , drawing a new blueprint and pointing out the way forward for China-ASEAN cooperation. Under the strategic guidance of the leaders of both sides, China-ASEAN comprehensive strategic partnership has continued to deepen in recent years. China regards ASEAN as a priority in neighboring diplomacy, has always firmly supported ASEAN's central position in the regional architecture, continuously deepened strategic mutual trust with ASEAN countries, and promoted the construction of a closer China-ASEAN Community of Shared Future. China-ASEAN relations have become the most successful and dynamic model of Asia-Pacific regional cooperation and a vivid example of promoting the construction of Community of Shared Future for Mankind.
我们高质量实施《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》，全面完成中国－东盟自贸区3.0版谈判，持续推进区域经济一体化和经贸合作。2024年中国东盟双边货物贸易额接近1万亿美元，连续5年互为第一大贸易伙伴，双向投资额累计突破4500亿美元。
We have implemented the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement with high quality, fully completed the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area version 3.0 negotiations, and continued to promote regional economic integration and economic and trade cooperation. In 2024, the bilateral trade volume of goods between China and ASEAN will be close to US $1 trillion, and they will be each other's largest trading partners for five consecutive years, with the accumulated two-way investment exceeding US $450 billion.
我们持续拓宽合作领域，携手打造数字经济合作伙伴关系，积极推进风电、水电、光伏等新能源合作，铁路、桥梁、港口等一批重大标志性工程和“小而美”民生项目相继落地。
We continue to expand the scope of cooperation , work together to forge digital economy partnerships, and actively promote collaboration in new energy sectors such as wind power, hydropower, and photovoltaics. A number of major landmark projects such as railways, bridges, and ports, as well as "small yet practical " livelihood initiatives , have been delivered one after another.
我们坚持包容互鉴，“中国－东盟人文交流年”活动蓬勃开展，人员往来更加便捷，越来越多连民心、有温度、接地气的交流互动在双方民众之间架起了相知相亲的桥梁。
We adhere to inclusiveness and mutual learning. The "China-ASEAN Year of People-to-People Exchange" activities have been vigorously carried out, and personnel mobility have become more convenient. More and more people-to-people, warm and down-to-earth exchanges and interactions have built a bridge of mutual understanding and rapport between the people of both sides.

当前，世界百年变局加速演进，人类社会面临前所未有的挑战，各国前途命运紧紧联系在一起。前不久，中国隆重举行中国人民抗日战争暨世界反法西斯战争胜利80周年纪念活动，这不仅是对历史丰碑的庄严致敬，更是对和平发展决心的坚定宣示。中国愿继续同东盟国家一道，和睦共处、合作共赢，以更加积极的姿态和更加务实的举措，推动中国－东盟命运共同体建设不断迈上新台阶，为地区和平稳定和发展繁荣作出更多贡献。
At present, the once-in-a-century changes in the world are accelerating, human society is facing unprecedented challenges, and the future and destiny of all countries are closely linked. Not long ago, China held a grand commemoration of the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War, which was not only a solemn tribute to the historical monument, but also a firm declaration of the determination of peaceful development. China stands ready to continue to work with ASEAN countries for harmonious coexistence and win-win cooperation, and adopt a more positive stance and more pragmatic measures to elevate the building of a China-ASEAN Community of Shared Future to a new height , and make more contributions to regional peace, stability, development and prosperity.
第一，加强彼此发展战略对接，不断拉紧命运共同体纽带。中方愿以2026年中国东盟建立全面战略伙伴关系5周年为契机，同东盟继续加强发展战略对接和政策沟通，高质量共建“一带一路”，共同落实好全球发展倡议、全球安全倡议、全球文明倡议、全球治理倡议。
First, strengthen the alignment of each other's development strategies and constantly tighten the bonds of the community of destiny. China is willing to take the 5th anniversary of the establishment of the comprehensive strategic partnership between China and ASEAN in 2026 as an opportunity to continue to enhancing development strategy docking and policy coordunation with ASEAN, jointly advance the high-quality development of "Belt and Road" , and jointly implement the global development initiative, global security initiative, and global civilization initiative. Initiative and global governance initiative.
第二，加快区域开放合作步伐，不断提升贸易投资合作水平。中方愿同东盟共同建设好自贸区3.0版，继续高质量实施《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》，加强市场对接，提升设施“硬联通”和规则“软联通”水平。中方愿继续扩大进口东盟国家优势特色产品。
Second, speed up the pace of regional opening-up cooperation and continuously improve the level of trade and investment cooperation. China is willing to work with ASEAN to build version 3.0 of the Free Trade Area, continue to implement the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement with high quality, strengthen market alignment, and improve the level of "hard connectivity" of facilities and "soft connectivity" of rules. China is willing to continue to expand imports of competitive and characteristic products from ASEAN countries.
第三，推动产业链供应链联动发展，不断拓展新兴产业合作。中方愿同东盟国家一道，共同维护全球产业链供应链稳定，进一步加强产业政策对接和产业园区合作，推动构建更加稳定、畅通、基于比较优势的区域产业链供应链体系。顺应新一轮科技革命和产业变革趋势，共同深挖人工智能等前沿领域合作潜力，深化数字、绿色等领域合作。
Third, promote the coordinated development of industrial and supply chains, and continuously expand cooperation in emerging industries. China is willing to work with ASEAN countries to jointly safeguard the stability of global industrial chains and supply chains, further strengthen industrial policy alignment and industrial park cooperation, and build a more stable and smooth regional industrial chain and supply chain system based on comparative advantages. In line with the trend of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation, we will jointly tap the potential of collaboration in cutting-edge fields such as artificial intelligence and deepen cooperation in digital, green and other fields.
第四，增进文明交流互鉴，不断唱响各国民心相通主旋律。中方愿同东盟深化文化、旅游、青年、媒体等领域合作，扩大人文交流，推进人员往来便利化，增进各国人民相知相亲。继续实施中国－东盟青年领军者成长计划，举办中国－东盟青年领军者圆桌对话会。实施更多得民心、顺民意、惠民生项目，让中国东盟友好更加深入人心。
Fourth, enhance cultural exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations, and constantly sing the main theme of people-to-people connectivity among all countries. China is willing to deepen cooperation with ASEAN in the fields of culture, tourism, youth, media and other fields, expand people-to-people exchanges, promote the facilitation of personnel exchanges, and enhance mutual understanding between people of all countries. Continue to implement the China-ASEAN Youth Leaders Growth Plan and hold the China-ASEAN Youth Leaders Roundtable Dialogue. Implement more projects that win the hearts of the people, conform to the public opinion and benefit the people's livelihood, so as to make China-ASEAN friendship more deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.

当前，中国正在以中国式现代化全面推进强国建设、民族复兴伟业。中国将坚持以高水平对外开放为世界提供更多机遇，以自身高质量发展助推各国共同发展。中国－东盟博览会、商务与投资峰会是推动中国东盟友好交往的盛会，也是促进区域发展合作的重要平台。希望各方用足用好这一平台，深入交流合作，共享机遇、共促未来。
Currently, China is comprehensively promoting the great cause of building a strong country and rejuvenating the nation with Chinese-style modernization. China will persist in opening up to the outside world at a high level to provide more opportunities for the world, and promote the common development of all countries with its own high-quality development. The China-ASEAN Expo and Business and Investment Summit are grand events for promoting friendly exchanges between China and ASEAN, and also an important platform to promote regional development cooperation. It is hoped that all parties will make full use of this platform to conduct in-depth exchanges and cooperation, share opportunities and jointly contribute to the future .
