On May 17, 2026,Chinese President Xi Jinping and Russian President Putin each sent congratulatory letters to the 10th China-Russia Expo.

习近平指出，今年是中俄战略协作伙伴关系建立30周年和《中俄睦邻友好合作条约》签署25周年。在双方共同努力下，中俄各领域合作不断走深走实，取得丰硕成果。

Xi Jinping pointed out that this year marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the China-Russia strategic partnership of coordination and the 25th anniversary of the signing of the China-Russia Treaty of Good-Neighborliness and Friendly Cooperation.Thanks to the joint efforts of both sides, China–Russia cooperation in various fields has kept deepening and delivering solid outcomes, yielding fruitful achievements.

习近平强调，希望两国各界以本届博览会为契机，发挥中俄毗邻和互补优势，深化全方位务实合作，更好促进两国经济社会发展，持续增进两国人民福祉，为推动中俄新时代全面战略协作伙伴关系行稳致远作出新贡献。

Xi Jinping emphasized that he hopes all sectors of the two countries will take this Expo as an opportunity to give play to China and Russia’s geographical proximity and complementary strengths, deepen all‑round, pragmatic cooperation, better boost the economic and social development of both countries,steadily improve the well‑being of their peoples, and make new contributions to advancing the steady and sustained progress of the China-Russia Comprehensive Strategic Partnership of Coordination in the New Era.

普京在贺信中表示，俄中博览会已发展成为两国间规模最大的展会活动，为双方开展直接、深入对话提供了平台。本届博览会内容充实，聚焦双边重点合作领域，围绕广泛议题进行交流，相信将取得积极成果，为两国互利合作新前景作出规划，造福两国人民。

In his congratulatory letter, President Putin stated that the Russia–China Expo has grown into the largest exhibition event between the two countries, providing a platform for both sides to conduct direct and in-depth dialogue. This year’s expo features substantial.It focuses on key areas of bilateral cooperation and facilitates exchanges covering a wide range of issues. It is expected to achieve positive results, chart a course for new prospects in mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries, and deliver tangible benefits their peoples.

第十届中俄博览会主题为“信任、合作、共赢”，由商务部、黑龙江省人民政府、俄罗斯经济发展部、俄罗斯工业和贸易部共同举办，当日在黑龙江省哈尔滨市开幕。

The 10th China–Russia Expo, themed “Trust, Cooperation, and Win-Win,” was jointly hosted by the Ministry of Commerce, the People’s Government of Heilongjiang Province, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.It opened in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province on the same day.
