2026年8月31日，全国人大常委会委员长赵乐际在北京人民大会堂同奥地利国民议会议长罗森克兰茨举行会谈。

On August 31, 2026, Zhao Leji, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, held talks with Rosenkranz, Speaker of the Austrian National Assembly, at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing.

赵乐际表示，2018年，习近平主席同范德贝伦总统共同确立中奥友好战略伙伴关系，开启双边关系发展新阶段，两国各领域务实合作取得丰硕成果。今年是中奥建交55周年，中方愿同奥方一道，落实两国领导人重要共识，巩固传统友好，深化互利合作，不断丰富中奥友好战略伙伴关系内涵。

He stated that in 2018, Chairman Xi Jinping and President Van der Bellen jointly established a friendly strategic partnership between China and Austria, ushering in a new stage in the development of bilateral relations, and the two countries have achieved fruitful results in pragmatic cooperation in various fields. This year marks the 55th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Austria. China is willing to work with Austria to implement the important consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries, consolidate traditional friendship, deepen mutually beneficial cooperation, and continuously enrich the connotation of the friendly strategic partnership between China and Austria.

赵乐际指出，双方要巩固政治互信，保持高层交往良好势头，加强政策沟通，照顾彼此核心利益和重大关切。拓展经贸合作，加强人工智能、数字经济、绿色发展等新兴领域合作，推动两国产业向新、向绿、向好发展。加强人文交流，出台更多务实举措，便利两国民众常来常往，夯实双边关系民意基础。深化多边协作，加强在国际事务中的协调配合，共同维护联合国权威和地位，维护自由贸易和多边贸易体制，推动构建更加公正合理的全球治理体系。中方愿同欧盟通过对话协商方式妥善解决经贸合作中的矛盾分歧，在发展中实现动态平衡。

Zhao pointed out that both sides should consolidate political mutual trust, maintain a positive momentum in high-level exchanges, strengthen policy communication, and take into account each other's core interests and major concerns. And both sides should expand economic and trade cooperation, strengthen cooperation in emerging fields such as artificial intelligence, digital economy, and green development in order to promote the innovative, green, and positive development of industries in both countries. We will strengthen people-to-people exchanges, introduce more pragmatic measures to facilitate frequent exchanges between the people of both countries, and consolidate the public opinion foundation of bilateral relations. We will deepen multilateral cooperation, strengthen coordination and cooperation in international affairs, jointly safeguard the authority and status of the United Nations, uphold free trade and the multilateral trading system, so that we can promote the building of a more just and equitable global governance system. China is willing to work with the EU to properly resolve contradictions and coordinate differences in economic and trade cooperation through dialogue and consultation, and achieve a dynamic balance in development.

赵乐际强调，中国全国人大愿同奥地利国民议会深化多层级、多领域对话交流，就共同关心的议题坦诚交换意见，增进相互了解，为两国务实合作提供法律保障。赵乐际还介绍了中国人工智能发展和治理有关情况，表示中方愿同奥方加强互利合作和立法经验交流，共同把握和应对人工智能发展的机遇和挑战。

He emphasized that China's National People's Congress is willing to deepen multi-level and multi-field dialogue and exchanges with the Austrian National Assembly. Both sides frankly exchanged views on issues of common concern, which helped to enhance mutual understanding and provide legal guarantees for pragmatic cooperation between the two countries. Zhao also introduced the development and governance of artificial intelligence in China, and showed the willing to strengthen mutually beneficial cooperation and exchange of legislative experience with Austria to jointly seize the opportunities and address the challenges of artificial intelligence development.

罗森克兰茨表示，奥中建交55年来，两国关系深入发展，双方高层交往密切，互利合作不断加强。奥地利坚持一个中国政策。此次访华的代表团成员来自奥地利国民议会的五个主要政党，深化对华合作是奥地利各党派的共识。奥地利国民议会愿加强同中国全国人大友好交流，促进奥中经贸、科技、企业、人文、旅游等领域合作。在国际事务中，中国是稳定合作伙伴，奥方愿为推进欧中关系发展作出积极努力，同中方加强在联合国等多边平台的合作。

Rosenkrantz stated that in the 55 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations between Austria and China, bilateral relations have developed in depth, with close high-level exchanges and continuously strengthening mutually beneficial cooperation. Austria adheres to the one-China policy. The members of the delegation visiting China come from the five major political parties in the Austrian National Assembly, and deepening cooperation with China is a consensus among all Austrian parties. The Austrian National Assembly is willing to strengthen friendly exchanges with the National People's Congress of China and promote cooperation between Austria and China in the fields of economy, trade, science and technology, enterprises, culture, and tourism. In international affairs, China is a stable partner, and Austria is willing to make positive efforts to promote the development of EU-China relations and strengthen cooperation with China on multilateral platforms such as the United Nations.
