When a hazardous chemical accident occurs, the main person in charge of the accident unit shall immediately organize rescue in accordance with the unit's hazardous chemical accident emergency plan, and report to the local government, emergency management, ecological environment, public security, health and market supervision departments.
The "Plan" points out that the emergency plan for hazardous chemical accidents should be coordinated from top to bottom and connected from left to right. Emergency plans for hazardous chemical accidents in each district and city shall be reported to the Provincial Emergency Management Department for the record; Emergency plans prepared by hazardous chemicals units shall be reported to relevant departments for filing in accordance with the "Measures for the Administration of Emergency Plans for Production Safety Accidents" and other regulations.
