本报南宁6月27日电 （李港兴 戴佩芸 宋斯丽）今年端午小长假期间，中国铁路南宁局集团有限公司以深入开展学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想主题教育为动力，统筹运力资源，精准制订列车开行方案，提升服务质量，全力满足旅客出行需求。6月22日至24日假日3天，南宁局集团公司共发送旅客122.8万人次，较2019年同期增长2%。

假日期间，南宁局集团公司管内迎来客流高峰。其中，阳朔站、防城港北站假日3天发送旅客较2019年端午假期分别增长109.3%、19.1%，其余各火车站客流均有小幅度增长。为做好假期旅客运输工作，该局集团公司在客流高峰日增加8组动车组上线运行，重联广州、深圳、北海、玉林等方向动车组7对，加开南宁、柳州、桂林往返北海、防城港、崇左等重点区段临时动车组12对。此外，该局集团公司对北京、深圳、靖西、融安、博白等方向普速线路列车进行加挂扩编，日均增加扩编40辆次，并根据“一日一图”适时调整列车运输方案，全力保障端午小长假运力供应，满足旅客需求。

In order to do a good job of holiday passenger transportation, the bureau Group company added 8 sets of EMUs to the line on peak passenger flow days, reconnected 7 pairs of EMUs in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Beihai, Yulin and other directions, and opened 12 pairs of temporary EMUs in key sections such as Nanning, Liuzhou, Guilin and Beihai, Fangchenggang, Chongzuo. In addition, the bureau Group company for Beijing, Shenzhen, Jingxi, Rong 'an, Bobai and other directions of the general speed line train to increase the expansion, an average of 40 car times, and according to the "one day map" timely adjustment of the train transport plan, to ensure the Dragon Boat Festival small holiday capacity supply, to meet the needs of passengers.

针对管内端午小长假旅游流、探亲流、学生流较多的实际，南宁局集团公司管内站车单位结合当地文旅活动，多措并举提升服务质量。钦州东站加强与交通部门对接，协调加开灵山、浦北等周边景区的乡镇公共汽车，服务钦州灵山荔枝文化旅游节客流。桂林站实施预约服务、旅游咨询、快速改签、交通指南、重点帮扶等特色服务项目，把“服务与山水同美”的理念落实到旅客出行全过程。玉林车务段在贵港、玉林、桂平、平南南、陆川等主要客运站增派人手，加强旅客出行引导。吴圩机场站在出行高峰日增开8趟列车，满足旅客“高铁+飞机”的空铁无缝换乘出行需求。桂林车务段增加全州南、东安东、兴安北等站安检、验证通道等工作人员20余名，保障旅客安全有序乘降。

Guilin Station implements special service projects such as reservation service, travel consultation, quick change, traffic guide, and key help, and implements the concept of "service and landscape beauty" into the whole process of passenger travel. Yulin Railway Station has increased manpower in Guigang, Yulin, Guiping, Pingnannan, Luchuan and other major passenger stations to strengthen passenger travel guidance. Wuwei Airport Station opened 8 more trains in the travel peak day to meet the passengers' "high-speed rail + aircraft" seamless air rail transfer travel needs. More than 20 staff members have been added to security checks and verification channels at Quanzhou South, Dongandong and Xingan North stations in Guilin train depot to ensure safe and orderly boarding and landing of passengers.
