2024年，铁路文联坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，认真贯彻落实国铁集团党组对铁路文化建设的部署要求，用文艺作品宣传展示新时代铁路高质量发展和现代化建设成就，热情讴歌广大干部职工奋发进取、攻坚克难的精神风貌，各项工作取得了长足发展。
