哈尔滨音乐学院官方微信号消息，日前，黑龙江省委决定：雒文虎同志任哈尔滨音乐学院党委书记。

According to the official micro-signal news of Harbin Conservatory of Music, a few days ago, Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee decided that Comrade Luo Wenhu was appointed as the Party Secretary of Harbin Conservatory of Music.

雒文虎，男，汉族，1974年9月生，研究生，管理学博士，中共党员，教授，曾任省教育厅副厅长、党组成员，省委教育工作委员会副书记、省委教育工作领导小组秘书组副组长。
