9月17日下午，上海海洋大学召开学校领导班子调整宣布会议，宣布中共上海市委关于上海海洋大学领导班子调整的决定。

胡炜同志任中共上海海洋大学委员会副书记、上海海洋大学校长，夏雅敏同志任中共上海海洋大学委员会副书记、上海海洋大学副校长。万荣同志不再担任中共上海海洋大学委员会副书记、上海海洋大学校长，宋敏娟同志不再担任中共上海海洋大学委员会副书记、上海海洋大学副校长职务。

公开资料显示，胡炜，男，汉族，1968年11月生，研究生学历，理学博士，中共党员。现任中共上海海洋大学委员会副书记、上海海洋大学校长、研究员、博士生导师、鱼类基因工程学科组组长。获南开大学生物系学士学位、中国科学院研究生院硕士和博士学位，为国家自然科学基金和湖北省自然科学基金创新研究群体学术带头人。

According to public information, Hu Wei, male, Han nationality, born in November 1968, holds a postgraduate degree, holds a doctor of science, and is a member of the Communist Party of China. He is currently the deputy secretary of the Committee of Shanghai Ocean University of the Communist Party of China, the president, researcher, doctoral supervisor and the head of the fish genetic engineering discipline group of Shanghai Ocean University. He received a bachelor's degree from the Department of Biology of Nankai University, a master's degree and a doctorate degree from the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and is the academic leader of the innovative research group of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Hubei Natural Science Foundation of China.

长期从事鱼类生殖发育调控与分子遗传育种研究，主持国家杰出青年基金、国家重点研发计划项目、863项目等科研任务。发现GABA对生殖的双重调控作用，创建鱼类育性可控的生殖开关新策略，合作培育出冠鲤、吉鲤等新品种并完成生态安全评估。

He has long been engaged in the research of fish reproductive development regulation and molecular genetics and breeding, and has presided over scientific research tasks such as the National Fund for Outstanding Youth, the National Key R&D Program and the 863 Project. Discover the dual regulatory effects of GABA on reproduction, create a new reproductive switch strategy with controllable fish fertility, cooperate to cultivate new species such as crown carp and auspicious carp, and complete ecological security assessment.

在Genetics、Endocrinology等期刊发表SCI论文80余篇，获美国发明专利4项。担任国家水产原种和良种审定委员会委员、国家农业转基因生物安全委员会委员、《水生生物学报》编委等职。

He has published more than 80 SCI papers in Genetics, Endocrinology and other journals, and obtained 4 US invention patents. He serves as a member of the National Aquatic Original and Improved Seed Approval Committee, a member of the National Agricultural Genetically Modified Organism Safety Committee, and the editorial board of Journal of Hydrobiology.
