3月2日，教育部副部长徐青森出席中国—上海合作组织高等教育合作中心新春招待会。

On 2 March, Vice Minister of Education Xu Qingsen attended the Chinese New Year Reception of the China-Shanghai Cooperation Organization Higher Education Cooperation Center.

徐青森表示，教育合作是上合组织发展重要领域。中国—上海合作组织高等教育合作中心的成立是落实峰会精神、践行元首共识、推动区域教育合作的具体行动。希望中心充分发挥平台优势，推动上合组织国家在政策对接、人才培养、联合科研、数字教育等领域深化务实合作，为构建更加紧密的上合组织命运共同体贡献教育力量。

Xu Qingsen said that education cooperation is an important area for the development of the SCO. The establishment of the China-Shanghai Cooperation Organization Centre for Higher Education Cooperation is a concrete action to implement the spirit of the Summit, implement the consensus reached by the heads of state and promote regional education cooperation. It is hoped that ACC will give full play to its platform advantages, promote SCO countries to deepen practical cooperation in policy matching, talent training, joint scientific research, digital education and other fields, and contribute educational strength to building a closer SCO community with a shared future.

上合组织副秘书长索海尔·汗高度赞赏中方始终致力于推动上合组织国家教育合作，表示上合组织秘书处将全力支持中心发展，期待中心成为凝聚各方智慧、推动教育合作的重要平台。

SCO Deputy Secretary-General Sohail Khan highly appreciated China's commitment to promoting educational cooperation among SCO countries, said that the SCO Secretariat would fully support the development of ACC, and looked forward to ACC becoming an important platform for gathering wisdom from all parties and promoting educational cooperation.

外交部、陕西省人民政府以及俄罗斯、白俄罗斯、哈萨克斯坦、乌兹别克斯坦、吉尔吉斯斯坦、巴基斯坦等上合组织成员国驻华使馆代表、相关高校代表等出席本次活动。

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the People's Government of Shaanxi Province, as well as representatives of embassies in China of SCO member countries such as Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Pakistan, as well as representatives of relevant universities and universities attended the event.
