中化新网讯近日，日本东丽与佛山市佳利达环保科技股份有限公司合作共建的中试研究和新产品测试基地在佛山市三水区大塘工业园正式挂牌成立。

Sinochem News Recently, the pilot research and new product testing base jointly built by Toray of Japan and Foshan Jialida Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. was officially established in Datang Industrial Park, Sanshui District, Foshan City.

此次挂牌的中试研究与新产品测试基地是双方十余年技术共研的又一重要成果，旨在推动“实验室研发一中试验证一规模化应用”创新闭环的加速运转。该基地将聚焦超滤、反渗透、纳滤等膜技术矩阵的优化与新材料测试，进一步支持纺织印染废水“分盐提纯”和“单级双膜法”回用系统的技术迭代，为实现“双碳”目标提供技术支持。

The pilot research and new product testing base listed this time is another important achievement of more than ten years of joint technology research between the two parties, aiming to promote the accelerated operation of the innovative closed loop of "laboratory research and development, pilot verification and large-scale application". The base will focus on the optimization of membrane technology matrices such as ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, and nanofiltration and the testing of new materials, and further support the technical iteration of textile printing and dyeing wastewater "salt separation purification" and "single-stage double membrane method" reuse systems, so as to achieve "Provide technical support for the" double carbon "goal.

据悉，自2012年缔结合作伙伴关系以来，东丽与佳利达持续深化在高难度印染废水处理领域的联合研发;2015年，双方升级为全面战略合作伙伴；2017年，双方成功突破高盐度、高化学需氧量印染废水处理技术，实现膜工艺效能跨越式提升，并共建中试基地；2019年，东丽在佛山布局，带来膜技术研发与制造资源;2025年，该基地全面升级为中试研究与新产品测试基地。

It is reported that since the conclusion of the partnership in 2012, Toray and Jialida have continued to deepen the joint research and development in the field of difficult printing and dyeing wastewater treatment; In 2015, the two parties were upgraded to comprehensive strategic partners; In 2017, the two parties successfully broke through the treatment technology of printing and dyeing wastewater with high salinity and high chemical oxygen demand, achieved a leap-forward improvement in membrane process efficiency, and jointly built a pilot base; In 2019, Toray laid out in Foshan, bringing membrane technology R&D and manufacturing resources; In 2025, the base will be fully upgraded to a pilot research and new product testing base.
