海口新开两条第五航权国际货运航线

Haikou opens two new international freight routes with fifth freedom rights

9月13日，“第比利斯—海口—巴黎”第五航权国际货运航线在海南海口美兰国际机场开通。经优化调整，原“海口—第比利斯—特拉维夫”国际货运航线变更为“第比利斯—特拉维夫—海口”第五航权国际货运航线。至此，9月以来海口接连新增两条第五航权国际货运航线，进一步打通海南自贸港与欧洲、中东地区的空中经济廊道。

On September 13th, the "Tbilisi-Haikou-Paris" fifth freedom international freight route was opened at Haikou Meilan International Airport in Hainan. After optimization and adjustment, the original "Haikou-Tbilisi-Tel Aviv" international freight route was changed to the "Tbilisi-Tel Aviv-Haikou" fifth freedom international freight route. So far, since September, Haikou has successively added two international freight routes with fifth freedom rights, further opening up the air economic corridor between Hainan Free Trade Port and Europe and the Middle East.

基于第五航权赋予的运输权利，两条新增的航线可将全国经海口出口的货物运往第比利斯、巴黎，也能将第比利斯、巴黎出口至中国的货物带回。今年以来，美兰机场已累计运营6条国际货运航线，初步构建起以海口为辐射点，覆盖欧洲、西亚、中东等地区的国际货运航线网络。截至9月13日，今年美兰机场累计完成国际货邮吞吐量约1.66万吨，跨境电商货物总价值超6.8亿元。

Since the beginning of this year, meilan airport has operated a total of six international cargo routes, and initially built an international cargo route network with Haikou as the radiation point, covering Europe, West Asia, the Middle East and other regions. As of September 13th, meilan airport has completed a cumulative international cargo and mail throughput of about 16,600 tons this year, and the total value of cross-border e-commerce goods exceeds 680 million yuan.
